Alright, I don't normally do any reviews for games, but this game is fantastic, even if short.

I am going to start with what I think describes the game: Imagine the game singing and playing your rage and using it as fuel to slay the demons of hell. The more in tune you are with the music the more fuel you are rewarded with. Not just your damage is boosted, but some things will change about your weapons when you shoot or hit in time.

now that my cringey explanation is out of the way i'm going to share my Pros:
Ascetically the game is one of the most interesting I've seen in a long time, it transitions to different levels of hell that are all different from the last, and each one has its own theme, as well as its own song. Some aspects of the environment will interact with your modifier, the higher the modifier the more spectacular it seems to be. you will see stuff like the torches pulse in time with the music, or those sparklers you would see at a metal concert go off all around the map.

The voice of the narrator is awesome, the lines are witty at times, and are as smooth as butter to listen to, I wish that he would talk more.

The enemies all have a different feel to them, but are all equally as bad-ass as the next one, and each bring something to the fight, and sort of compliment each other when it comes to making your life as difficult as possible sometimes.

The weapons are satisfying to use, and each one is unique. They each have a weakness, that can be made up for by another one.

The cons I have experienced:
I am having difficulty finding anything I dislike about this game.

I really enjoyed playing this game, but it was pretty much abandoned a week after launch... following in the foot steps of valve it seems...

If the devs could just make some other maps or new masks. maybe its up to the modding community to fix it...
