Okay so I spent 90 minutes trying to Validate my account and it still wouldn't let me play.
I'll explain what happened to save you time.

1. install on steam
2. when opening client, it prompts you to make an Ankama account on their website to link to your steam.
3.I follow the instructions and make an account. I then verify on my email address and get a confirmation email.
4.relaunch client on steam, and it boots me from the client stating that i have no validated my email address.
5.I repeat steps 2-4 with no success.
6. change email on the web page to a new email and repeat steps 2-4.
7. still not getting into the game, obviously a bug, So i go to their support page to report the issue.
8.I write a lengthy explanation explaining what is the bug, and how to re-produce it. and hit submit.
9. the email refuses to send because i have not validated my email, even though i have done this several times.

Finally to submit a support request, the company requires you to scan a full picture of your passport and/or drivers license for some reason. I find this very peculiar and suggest you don't waste your time with this terrible company.
