CK2 but worse, its almost like friendly AI was intentionally designed to attack statistically impossible to win battles. The game acts as if its a "story rpg" thing first instead of a strategy game, but there is zero room for any meaningful rp. I'm disappointed by how little was added to this game from ck2, its ck2 with a skill tree and you can play as any nation. not to say any particular nation has any level of depth or differences in play style as another. Its wild that the game play and things going on in the world are exactly the same in every country and culture. There is very little interesting about this game. Its also incredibly mind numbingly easy,its wild that every war in the game can be entirely predicted by the perfectly accurate soldier count that every nation has for some reason (unless ai army runs circles around your country constantly avoiding you until someone else inevitably declares war on you)
