The Crazy Frog is a mutated humanoid amphibian created by a Swedish biology prodigy who worked for a genetics tech department of Swedish military development and research. Top secret stuff of course. Now, this young prodigy was tasked with a few different projects to benefit the Swedes, all of which were solely his responsibility.
First up was the experiment to create humanoid amphibians with near-human intelligence. It was hoped that upon completing this task, the amphibians would be idyllic naval troops for submarine missions and deep sea work.
Secondly, the scientist was to research a new meteorite compound which didn't seem to adhere to the traditional laws of physics, and gave surrounding molecules a variety of bizarre properties ranging from anti-gravity to a state we might call "having Toon Force".
Third and finally, the scientist was tasked with creating an adaptive irritation device capable of dispersing civil unrest and disrupting potential enemies of Sweden.
Unfortunately for the scientist, his work went a bit too well. The humanoid amphibian's intelligence grew exponentially, until deciding one night to break free of his enclosure. Of course escaping from the cage set off security alarms, and the military forces stationed there were sent to ensure the recapture or destruction of this prototype creature. In order to facilitate his escape, Project Frog ingested the rare meteorite compound and found himself gifted with unusual abilities. First and foremost, Project Frog could now self-levitate. In the confusion, the Frog crashed all over the room attempting to control this new abundance of unearthly power, and phased in and out at exactly the precise time so that he accidentally fused with the adaptive irritation device. He quickly fled the facility after destroying the facility and all the lab notes in a panic, and landed in a nearby field.
