Pacific Drive is a very interesting adventure, I had a lot of fun the whole time. The characters are a ton of fun including the car.

The only negatives are honestly there needs to be more songs. By the end of the game I pretty much heard all the songs 10 times at least if not way more. So a few more catch toons would have been great.

Otherwise the ending was good but I think it could have been a bit more interesting but overall it wrapped up the story pretty well and left the possibility for more adventures and stories to be told in DLC maybe??

Anyway, I recommend this game to anyone who wants to have a fun good time with an old car that refuses to die.

I wanted to like this game so much hell its an RPG a space RPG i love Space RPGs

But ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ this game is at the end of the day boring.
The planets are boring and unexplorable they need some kind of vehicles to explore the planets because while the jet packs are fun they are not it. also any planet with fish fauna is a pain in the ass

Also its all repetitive
The planets are boring and maybe i missed a really cool planet but the ones i did explore are very basic the fauna and flora feel half assed they just need to go the no man sky way and have it procedural generated wiht maybe a few hand crafted ones for story reasons or just cause a artist made something cool. alot of the animals and vegetation look the same. there is some unique stuff sprinkled in but mostly repeat looking stuff. (seemed like alot of the animals between planets where just color swapped and that is it... again some unique animals (fauna) per planet but not to the point one would expect in unexplored space) (also i beenn to some planets that i swear all the animals looked the same as a planet i left 100 of light years away as if they are just different species but on different planets)

Idk just buy it when its on a deep deep sale and then its wort to look around.

Additional comments after some thinking about it:

My Issues with The planets:
The atmospherics planets are too flat.... also i am not even sure if i ever seen a river or canyon?
I think i remember a small lake maybe ?
Now the moons or most non atmospheric planets I actually have no problem with they look, feel and act like i expected them to (meaning there are big craters and lots of hight and depth)
But the Atmospheric planets looked like 90% of the types of terinan and envorments are missing no rivers, no tributaries no connection of bodies of water.
There are forest but no rain forest or dense jungle .... Also asided from the handcrafted forest for some quests the forstes dont look organic they look like samey and bland.
idr was there even a sand planet or sand biome (maybe there was but idr it)?
Also aside from the hand crafted sections for Morgans quest line was there a canyons ever generated in atmospheric planets?
Also was there even ONE VOLCANO... Like one of the most influential things that shapes the surface of most planets.. not even one that looks like it could have been an inactive one as far as i seen

As I am writing this I think I figured out my problem with the planets. It seem as they where just made the moment you landed and have no geographic history they where made and that is it they have no distinguishing features about them. Or anything that loos like it would have taken millions of years to form.
They have no rhyme or reason to the placement of geographic features and many are Missing or so rare I never seen them. (pretty sure rivers aren't a thing.)

And no i don't expect them to hand craft planets but they need to upgrade there procedural generation tool to have more biomes and make the biomes feel in a way "geological lived in". if that makes scenes

To wrap up on planets they are to flat they seem to have height but no depth literally and figuratively (talking about atmospheric planets like I said I like the moons and the non atmospheric planets for the most part)

For Fauna and Flora to put it simply they need more variation. it is as if almost all the fauna and Flora came from a small hand full of planets even in the unexplored parts of space.

And maybe more per planet its feels odd that there is only 4 types of flora on the whole planet . and maybe 4 creatures ..... idk what to due about that

Also non of the funa or flora really stuck with me .... i dont really remember anything unique like i should be excited to find new creatures but honestly aside form the story creatures the reset look bland and boring. no overlay interesting biology or no creatures i wonder how that works how it lives or why it evolved that way. just seemed like well the ai made it and i guess this one will go on this planet. .... as far as i can tell the creatueres with in a planet dont seem to have a theme.
For any that say that's not realistic your right that's not realistic for a whole planet but it is not realistic that a planet that has higher order Flora and fauna to only have 2-8 examples of each.
So i am taking a leap of fate and just saying the fauna and flora are at least of the same Environment like in a jungle you typical see more colorful animals or in a desert you see more animals evolving to looks sandy colored. hell they don't need to match colors in the game just a interesting theme of creatures like a planet with really large bugs or a fauna that looks like it was mix of something interesting. because aside form a few creatures i just tried to find the 5 i need for my scanner and that was that.

HAD A LOT OF FUN WITH THIS GAME.
9/10 for me
One small con are some of the default key bindings are a bit dum for mouse and keyboarded and need to be rebounded for consistent activation mostly the double hold/presses. A good example is the q+e for example is a hit or miss for me sometimes it would go off right away and sometimes it wouldn’t go off at all and I would be mashing it mid fight and it wouldn’t activate and I would die mid fight as I would trying to get it to go off mashing it multiple times with no effect had to macro it to my mouse to get it to go off consistently

DAYS GONE 2 WHEN

Firstly this games graphics are not great and that is me being nice. Its ui is a relic of the early video game days, so very out dated and the first few hours the difficulty curve is worse then ultra-nightmare going to die now worse than dark souls. Nevertheless, this game is in my top 3 games of all time. And honestly I am a graphics snob and I don’t have the time for hard games anymore.

This game is maybe 85% of my dream game. I want a game where you can build your own group of followers and craftsman and farmers (100% in game). And be able to assign them all there task and they actually do them with out me microing and kind of live their own lives as they build and farm and defend and attack(its in the game but could use some work). Then go out on adventures and discover the mysteries of the world (100% in the game). As well as make a base camp that turns into a trading hub and a city(50% in game you can build your own town but it doesn’t change the dynamics of the world much) and then you get involved in faction politics (not in game at all) and fight raiders and other factions and start your own civilization/settlement/kingdom (40% in game. Like before you can set up your own settlement but you can’t take over other settlements. You can wipe them out but not take over). O also nice graphics (NOT IN GAME) and maybe a 3rd person or 1st person fighting styles (Not in game) as well as over the top controlling of your ppl/troops (In game).

The odd thing about it is that there really isn’t any game like it on the market. The only one that comes close is Rim World but I not a fan of 2D games (3D games with nice graphics).

If I had to score it out of 10 it would be an 8
Graphics 3/10 (yeah)
Gameplay 7/10 (its good, but a bit basic)
Story 5/10 (your time in the game and the stuff that happens to your group otherwise no main story)
World 9/10 (this games world is amazing and has massive potential)
Base/town building 7/10 (its good but could us some love)
Overall 8/10 (there’s just something special about the game that makes me overlook and overcome its many negatives that would make me not even want to try it like its graphics and no 1st/3rd person and other features I would like to see in a game like this). (FOR ME))

Honestly It's sad this game out the way i did and not how it is after this update for 2 years the game was pretty much a early access game with very little to do or content and over time things got better and now we finally at a lunch product.

This should have been v1.0 not 1.5. Nevertheless, this game is finally a game that it was meant to be. Sure there a few bugs here and there still but overall its finally the game we all were promised and wanted so I will say thank you Hello Games for sticking with the game but this doesn't remove any blame for what happened 2 years ago when they lunched this mess. keep up the good work and total worth the current or future discount price of 30 US.

So I played a bit of this game lol.
Actually while I am writing this review the game is still running and that I think where the games major fault is.
So if you turn off your game for any reason the game punishes you by lowering the amount of energy recovered from 1 every 3 min to 1 every 30 min. Also your worker empire which is an amazing feature also grinds to a halt stopping any worker your workers were doing lowering how much silver a day you make passively.
And honestly this makes the game kind of annoying luckily I have a pretty powerful pc so I can turn all the setting down and minimize the game and play a different one while its running in the background. But that not a viable option for most I would venture to guess. So now you have your pc running 24/7 and if it's not on the high end well now you don't have a pc you have a BDO playing box.

Honestly that is the biggest down side form what I experienced in my time.

Now on to the next small problem the semi-pay to win aspect

Now is it turn pay to win hell no not even close. And for the people who would read this and get triggered I am not talking about costume selling when people buy costumes and sell them for silver (in game currency) they get about 1 Million silver per dolor. And that may sound like allot but honestly its nothing you can't buy anything with the 37M silver ($34) the cost of one outfits on the in game player market place. when boss gear is worth 100M unleveled 37M is nothing. You need just under 600M just to get one boss gear item at any competitive level. So people who say the game is pay to win because you can buy silver are crazy.

the reason I say semi-pay-to-win is because this game has a weigh system which is normal in game but you can buy more weigh your character can carry. now there are ways around it and its fine at first but it will grind you down to the point where spending money on getting more carry weigh sounds like a great idea just to make life easy.

Also ♥♥♥♥ horse flutes being bound to character and not family that is so annoying.

Pets are important but you need 4 of them and yes they cost really money but you can pick them up on player based market place and I got all mine there it takes a few days of just sitting and sniping pets but it's not too hard to do. so that a w.e.. But yeah its supper important to have four pets. without pets your life becomes a pick item up simulator.

The outfitss I mentioned before are also available for on marketplace and I got at least one for all but one character and 2-3 on my 2 favorite class so outfitss are totally possible to get and they give some bonus but they are not OP so that is nice.

Okay so this is a Korean game that kinda only cares about Korean players. So don't expect any bugs to be fixed that aren't effecting Korean players that much and the meta to shift in weird untold ways, that only makes sense if you're not playing on the Korean servers. Also massive content patches take forever to get translated into English.

SO now with all my ♥♥♥♥ I hate out of the way

This game is really fun when you actually playing and not just running your computer to farm silver lol

The combat is amazing I played most class and well some class are pretty boring (to me) but once you get to level 56 and get your awakening skills all class that I played any who, become really fun. The combat is really fluid and animations and transitions between moves and skills fells really good. This has the best fighting system I have ever played with in any MMO and most other games.
Whets even better if you're tired of grinding mobs you can do many different other activities like trading fishing hunting and many more interesting activities that don't evolve you grinding mobs all the time. And most of the activities can bring in allot of silver for you 2 so it's not wasting your time.

Also most of the community I played with was really fun to play with (get on discord its where all the help groups are) .

BTW OMFG the graphics are amazing for a MMO. I mean I played several other MMO's in my life and all of them have such piss poor graphic but i was always like well okay it's a MMO I get it. now nope all MMO's need to catch the ♥♥♥♥ up this game is Graphical a 9/10 (hate scores but this had to be done lol)

It is a good game that has some really annoying parts and ♥♥♥♥ the fact that horse flutes are character bound and not family bound. The only reason I am giving this game a Recommendation is because the parts that are fun are really fun and there is no mixed recommendation check mark because honestly this is a mixed bag for me.

Played many hours of this game on steam and off steam but This new update destoried the game and killing an reason for end game content.

Beware of the spector of the rail Void 2.0 basicly killed the game
