I'm experiencing massive performance issues. Character models and bullet particles / sfx don't load in properly, so everyone is invisible and silent. I also get stuck at the 99% loading screen as other users have reported. The few games that I have been able to play have been excessively laggy. My specs are:

Geforce GTX 1070
AMD Ryzen 7 2700 8 core
16GB RAM
