I barely ever experience "Gen rush" i play at rank one constantly and i 4k almost every single game so i don't really know what you are talking about. Sure if 4 people on comms spread out on gens you're ♥♥♥♥♥♥ regardless, do keep in mind the game was not designed for this and sometimes you have to accept a loss, but you really don't need to utilize that playstyle as a nurse, especially not if you're playing against a bunch of people playing solo or duos.
