A ("short"): Not a hacker, lost ~84% of legacy pieces for claud/meg on og acc 3 days after deadline (loss of progress error) - og acc couldnt be used for dbd anymore shortly after the loss (got transformed into work ONLY acc - i work in the game dev industry, no details, NDA, im sry) - explained the situation to my support ticket, that i will not be able to use dbd on og acc anymore - and after what felt like 2 decades bhvr customer support gave me the option to delete my progress entirely on og acc + revoke access to my dbd copy on og acc - but in return get my 2 legacy sets back to this account due to all circumstances...

A ("long"): By not knowing the full story you would assume im a hacker yea - but no, dear skin police im not a hacker, rest assured, not all legacy you see is cheated you know... My original acc unfortunately gave me loss of progress issue 3 days after the 24th nov 2016 smh... (claud + meg, L3, no killer no other surv) i lost all parts except L1 claud for whatever reason - str8 up stopped playing cuz i was rrreeeaaalll pissed, also lost interest in dbd completely at that time (for i think OBVIOUS REASONS) but hey life goes on and i took a new job, which required my og acc to be "work" only - in the meantime i started the customer support process of course, cuz no way im going to let that progress be lost THAT easy (and for the love of god it took soooo long to get that sorted out... idk what they smoking in canada, but it must be hella strong) fast forward ~oct 2017 my irl friend group wanted to play some dbd (they didnt knew it before) so i just got myself dbd on this account to have a fresh start for them&me, i explained the (then) current situation in my customer support ticket and if theres a possibility to transfer my previous legacy progress to my "this now - main" dbd acc said ticket was still untouched after like half a year++ of creating the support ticket but thankfully after like another 3 months of again waiting i finally got my response, they first apologised for the very long wait and gave me the option to delete the normal progress on my og acc BUT transfer only the 2 legacy sets to this account (but also revoke my access to my dbd copy on og acc) combined with 2 identify checks (to see that these are really MY Steam accounts&Email accounts) & a little signature to agreement to whats about to happen it was finally done yaay... but this issue + issues in the game led to me touching dbd only now and then especially when new content dropped... but basically after that was done my priorities lied somewhere else so yea didnt play super much anymore also cuz no time really...
