10/10 ABSOLUTE GOD TIER GAME, A SWIFT, MOVEMENT BASED, HEAVENLY INTENSE ACTION FUELED CRACKDOWN. (w gorgeous tidbits and elements of Bioshock, Ultrakill & Cyberpunk/Blade Runner)

Having only played 3 hours, I can tell you straight away, right from the get go, I immediately wanted to 100% each level before progressing. Secrets are fun, Movement is godlike, action is intense, kills and gunplay is just downright sexual, Custom Splices (Think augments in Cyberpunk) to add as you please, Special abilities (Think Bioshock) to just absolutely ♥♥♥♥ up Someone's day. YOU CAN VIBE W YOUR AI BUD called SAMM. While SAMM pilots your hovercar, you are also free to drive it about n just absolutely light up any and all foes. YOU CAN RIDE ON TOP OF YOUR CAR HOOD AND PILOT IT IF YOU WANT. THE ENTIRE GAME IS SO DOPE SO FAR.

And get this...

THE STORY IS ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ AMAZINGGGG. At first I was like "hehehe, I'm gonna ♥♥♥♥ up SYN so bad, it wont know what hit 'em" Nahhhh I play on Hard mode and it's probably best on that so far, but lemme tell you, the enemy placements and all sorts are so well done. the instant you're like "haha, this is way too easy! 'That all you got?!" BOOM, NEW ENEMY OR LIKE..A BUNCH OF TOUGH ENEMIES. WALLRUNNING, AIR DASHING, MOMENTUM BASED SLIDES THAT ALSO DAMAGE ENEMIES DUE TO YOUR CHAINSAW LEG. FULLY FLEDGED CUTSCENES AND WELL VOICED CHARACTERS.

Real ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ talk. I left this game as a "ehh. Maybe I'll try it at some point" for FARRR TOO LONG. This is 100% Going up there as a 10/10 on my list. GORGEOUS GAME. I actually think this is what I wanted System Shock to be.

I'm not going to be the person that hints at story or ruins elements in the review. Trust me, you don't want to miss this game. It's the most entertaining, slick and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ awesome game I've played in ages.

And to those who made the game? Bless you. Bless you for literally covering all the bases of what makes an absolutely bonkers and fun game, creating secrets that aren't hard to get to and that actually make sense with a short look and little hints here and there, secret armour n Health pickups, introducing new enemies without always needing a character intro, instead having a codex for each enemy you kill.. Smooth and goofy ass-driving. Downright fire wall running and *ahem* certain weapon jumping. (if you know you know~) every weapon having a alternate fire just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ slaps, stores w upgrades are great and force the player to kill more creatively for more dosh, etc etc.

Honestly, you should be proud. You did AMAZINGLY.

And in case you're worried as devs that "Oh maybe people might think of this as an Ultrakill wannabe or clone" Nah. This is it's own thing and it's absolutely stellar.

Honestly? Took at least 2-4 matches to start getting the hang of it but a really, incredibly delightful game to play w friends n randoms. I'd say it's an incredibly chaotic, fast paced mess and theres definitely enough incentive to keep playing.

Honestly, for what it is so far?? Not bad at all! It's less of a dungeon crawl and more of a rogue-lite expedition. But it keeps the charm of the original and the art has definitely been boosted, so has the worldbuilding. Some fights are utter ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ but I guess that's to be expected. Upgrades are nice, but I'm sure some people might have problems with it. They're very minor upgrades though. Having played the game, I'd say the RNG isn't too bad.

All in all it's an easy 7.7/10. Good way to pass the time without realising. Runs are pretty long. I'd say around 2-3hrs .

Arkane. I hope you're heavily ashamed. We all knew how capable you were to make a fantastic game. You've always made brilliant games. Prey, DEATHLOOP, Dishonoured... What the actual ♥♥♥♥ happened here?! A fan bought this for me and I feel scammed just as much as them. You've literally scammed people with this. You advertised a false product and gave everyone an empty world. Needless to say, I won't be supporting early development of your games for a while.

If you're seeing these reviews and were excited for the game and wanted to give it a shot..Don't. It pretty much just made everyone I know who was interested feel like ♥♥♥♥ or get depressed at the fact a company like Arkane Austin would do something like this. The only thing it has going for it is art and scenery. That's it. You know why?

IT'S BECAUSE YOU CAN'T EVEN PLAY THE GAME NORMAL OR CO-OP. WHEN YOU DO PLAY, THERE'S NOTHING TO USE OR FIGHT OR INTERACT WITH IN GAME.

Overall review:

0/10 as there's literally nothing to mark or note about.

What a waste of hype, money and dev time.

DOOM meets MARIO MAKER. Or...Mighty Quest for Epic Loot. (If you know, you know.) Pretty fun and the loop is real nice. Upgrades feel good. Looking forward to watching this game adapt and age.

REALLY GOOD GAME. It Feels like Tony Hawk Pro Skater + Rocket League and it actually ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ works. The Styles in this game are really nice, there's voice chat but I havent had anyone use it and that's probably for the best. Movement is VERY SATISFYING. The controls and how everything works with your team is great, momentum based movement is fantastic. The Skatepark is pretty lame, the design is nice n funky but tbh there's just hardly anyone there. I think it'd be better if the game sent you there while you loaded/searched for a match, so you're able to practice w your party or hone your moves if you go solo. The Fans mechanic is a nice addition, seeing as fans carry on through your matches and you acquire fame, I think that's pretty cool. Giving the occasional free lootball is sweet, as well as being able to earn them and not be stuck behind a pay wall is nice too.

All in all? It's a solid 8/10 game. It just.. It definitely needs more players, cos this is pretty great, ubisoft. I actually wish I had seen adverts or anything about this game beforehand. Please, if you see this review. Download the game and give it a go. Not at the skate park, at actual matches. The synchronicity I experienced w my team on some of these is just..real nice. Lets try and increase/build up a proper, hefty playerbase for this game, yeah?

[BIOSHOCK + BENDY + OUTLAST = BUSTLAST?!] On God Bussin fr [8.5/10!!]

Ok so... We've all seen how the first idea of Bendy played out. It was...alright. A good first Draft.

This however? This is an absolute MASTERPIECE. It feels like a delightful mix of old-school cartoons and BIOSHOCK in the best way possible. Nice and simple upgrades, collectables, audio tapes, memories, good scares (not forced or constant), OUTLAST type stealth and suspense at times. Sometimes the suspense can fall short, however literally all the design and story makes up for it. The one thing I will say is a little bit finnicky and a mess is probably the combat. It works for the bosses n all, its just weird to not have a block button when everyone and their gran wants to beat the ♥♥♥♥ out of you. BUT KEEP IN MIND, I COULD BE HAVING THIS PROBLEM COS I PLAYED ON THE HARDEST DIFFICULTY. THAT PROBABLY ONLY RAMPS UP THE ENEMY HEALTH, IF I'M HONEST.

The story is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ brilliant and very captivating. To the point where I dont want to spoil anything for anyone. The voice actors did an absolutely amazing job, I especially liked how intimidating The Ink Demon was, as he gave off "The Darkness" vibes.

[P.S: For the spider lair (you'll know it when you see it) hit the poles at the elevator, sneak around and just charge your wrench and leave after the Boss. Just so you dont get stuck there for half an hour like I did]

Genuinely, even if you've been looking at the game or slightly interested, give it a go. It's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ amazing. Spooked me real good at some points. Characters were well represented. Feels like what Bendy and the Ink Machine WAS MEANT TO BE. Very proud of how far this studio has come. Looking forward to more in the future.

Looked at it a bunch. Figured it was just..whatever. Just looks like an old school shooter. I WAS SO WRONG.

IT IS LITERALLY, AS IF YOU COMBINED Resident Evil 4 WITH DOOM/ DUSK, it WANTS you to explore and find secrets, it WANTS you to look where you shouldn't. I didn't expect boss battles or survival aspects, but BOY ARE THEY THERE. It has good pacing, it has FANTASTIC SCARES which I didnt expect. The well timed and environmental/ "you are no longer alone" types of scares as opposed to jumpscares. Really intriguing Diary entries and all sorts. It's a really well built world and really wants you to explore and learn more about the whole situation, while tastefully leaving room for the mind to wander. I haven't finished chapter 1 yet, but I have to say the entire game is just brilliant. I didnt want to mention any story or moments so as not to spoil, but I do need to say that I love that the game went with the old school tactic of putting you against enemies with just.. NO HEALTH, no indicators, nothing. Oh and I recommend playing on HARD mode at least!!

8.7/10 Absolutely solid Horror/Survival FPS.

Absolutely God Tier Game and DEFINITELY an addiction. Would recommend if you're unsure. absolutely phenomenal. They have an actual predator vs Prey system, proper biomes, cooking, foraging, crafting, armour crafting, weapon crafting, have a beer or food w friends.. It's GREAT. 10/10
