This game feels like it has revived a genre that has been sleeping in the background for quite some time now. C&C still had a following and i know there are other RTS games out there that are quite active but none quite fill the void that C&C has created for me until now. Tempest Rising brings back all the nostalgia and intensely immersive battles that i remember having back in the day. This may not have been created by a large studio with a huge following but it was created with an immense heart and soul that really wants to bring back what was lost for so long.

Absolutely wonderful experience for a game. 100 hours in and still enjoying it as much as ever

This game is an absolute blast regarding all gameplay. The vehicles could use some refining as they feel unfinished but it honestly doesn't take much away from the game.
There is an excellent path of progression and a ton of unlockables giving this game hours upon hours of replay value.
I really hope this game continues to get refined because i would love to see a great plethora of new maps and game modes but i am sure the devs already have this in plans to come.

The community for this game speaks for itself. If you haven't seen someone else play this or heard of this game by now, you are truly missing out. This game really brings out your inner survivor and makes you try to think and be one step ahead of the massive horde of zombies that is imminently coming in your direction!
10/10 for me. The devs for this game are fantastic as well.

I feel like this game has alot to learn on the road to becoming a solid RTS title. Does it have potential though? Absolutely!
This game feels entertaining at its core and the unit mashups are pretty good. I don't personally care for the deckbuilding idea that this game supports but i think if they did away with the "earned units" idea of gameplay, it could easily become a staple for this title and part of the regular strategy behind it.
The pathing is horrible and there are far too few maps to keep me playing for days on end currently but its day 1 of early access and i'm sure that will be remedied very soon.
This game shows alot of promise and I can't wait to see what the future holds for it.

It took me a while to really want to play this game but when i finally dug into it I found that it has alot more content then I originally expected.
There is alot of replayability to be had here as well because every playthrough is different and even though the game doesn't really have any type of story, the character building mechanics really suck you in and the base building makes you want to keep playing to unlock ALL THE THINGS.
The combat feels a little clunky to me but I think much of that is mitigated by using better weapons like guns.
Id give this game a solid 8/10

Excellent game! Very polished for such early access. In the 18 Hours I have played, not a single crash or major bug. I would recommend this one over and over.

Who doesn't want to live the life of a viking anyway?

I only have a couple of runs in this game but I would like to take a minute to say that this game has such an INCREDIBLE community!
Everyone is super helpful on the discord and willing to walk you through each level as best as they know how. The game itself may be a bit unfinished, lacking matchmaking and a larger variety of enemy content but the puzzles make it fun and the stealth and communication required to play each and every level has such an immersive feel that you want to experience over and over again.
This is a fantastic game that I would happily recommend to anyone!

This game is very simple and super fun. One thing to note is that it requires alot of communication to get anywhere. I would recommend playing with friends and not randoms and using some type of voice chat.
