Beat Hazard Ultra, created by UK bedroom coder Steve Hunt, launches on PlayStation Network in October.

It goes live on 19th October in Europe and 18th October in the US, and costs £6 approx / $9.99 / 6.50 Euro.

Beat Hazard first launched on PC and Xbox Live Indie Games. It takes your music and uses it to create an arcade shooter, with different songs creating different ebbs and flows.

On PS3 Beat Hazard Ultra has two player local and online play and an hour-and-a-half of indie music to get your started.
