It's lost some of its former charm and alot of the community that made it awsome has left but it is still a really fun game. ~ Febuary 15, 2013

EDIT: Ok now its gotten out of hand, the community is 90% children below the age of 15 with no grammatical ability or a sense of humor to speak of, valve only releases patches when its beneficial to them in making cash, updates are campaigns thrown together in a couple of hours with nothing but reskins and tedious missions, valve puts 0 effort into making new content, instead prefering to occasionally take things off the workshop and throw them into the game as-is not even taking into account the content creation standards (the games artstyle has become a trainwreck with the introduction of hats like the unicorn hat or the octodad hat) and thats to say nothing of the eye destroying lime green and pink paints...

They used to treat this game with love and care but at this point theyve completly moved onto dota, (why appease other fanbases when you can just make money off of millions of chinese people who have no other games to turn to because of censorship laws) The development team of TF2 is literally a rotation of the same 2 or 3 people who rarely contribute any real development to the game.

TF2 used to be a boisterous and thriving community of players who all loved the game for what it was and modded it in cool ways to make it what it wasn't...

Now its a festering tumor that just won't die.
