Estranged: Act I is a MOD for Half Life 2, it requires that you own any game which is built on the Source Engine.

The game feels very much like a Half Life game, The Protagonist, a fisherman lost at sea, is a mute. You make landfall on a strange island and as you move through the island to find help, you meet people they help develop the story further. You find weapons with limited ammo, enemies and there are even occasional puzzles for you to solve before you can continue the journey.

Voice acting throughout the game is excellent, the game builds immersion instantly and the soundtracks are 10/10. However, the enemies are of limited threat, and the character model for some of them looks like something from back in 2002.

Although the game is relatively short (it took me 86 minutes to complete) I thoroughly enjoyed it. It is evident that this is only Act I and there are more Acts to come!

4/5 – Great Experience.

Honestly, i was sceptical about playing Scribblenauts Unlimited.
It looks simple enough, but does not look like my 'type' of game. Keeping an open mind I gave it a go!
I was impressed!

The game has you completing hundred of tasks ranging in difficulty and hilarity.
You are equipped with a notepad which enables you to create just about anything, and add adjectives to objects and people!

One task asks you to dispose of toxic waste in a better manner than being dumped on the sea floor.
So i pulled out my note book, equipped myself with a rifle and shot the barrels up. They disappeared and task was accomplished.

It's even just fun to mess with different adjectives and objects. I took a lion, a basic lion, added some wings, added adjectives 'massive, scary' and it immediately changed into a massive scary flying lion.

As the game progresses, you find some tasks which are similar, but its fun to just do these in a more ridiculous way than you did it the last time!
