One of the worst HL2 mods I've ever played. Unintuitive and bloated level-design, horrible encounters with enemies, over-reliance on post-effects like bloom, almost unreadable numbers in the HUD... Almost every aspect of this mod is below average at best, except the scenery that looks kinda okay. Sometimes.
The 'plot' itself feels more like a collection of completely unrelated maps, which sometimes last for less than 5 minutes. You go through a sewer? Good, now there's a populated train station, partially stolen from the original HL2. You go near a transformer at an old power plant? How about teleporting into a completely unrelated set of white corridors? You begin the game trying to escape some island? Let's end it when you launch a number of some missiles from a silo and just cut to the credits. Nothing gets explained, nothing makes sense, and it feels more like someone's fever dream. And considering misplaced assets, huge empty open spaces, and all the 'where the hell should I go?' moments, it's a bad mapper's fever dream.

Way too repetitive, way too short on content, the game plays itself for most of the time.
Maybe one may call it a nice period piece, but as a game it's just horrendous.

A great Doom mod with a creative premise, many interesting ideas and a good, albeit not flawless, execution.
The main (and only) problem here is the price. In a time when we have things like Blade of Agony or Ashes 2063, it's rather strange to see a paid mod for GZDoom.

Long story short, if the price drops - go play it, it's totally worth your time. A little more polish, maybe a couple of extra levels in mid-game - and it will be more or less alright.

EDIT: I'm so glad that the developers continue to update their game. The recent patch made it a much less clunky and just an overall better experience. Still, far from something perfect, but I think the game in its current state deserves a positive review, rather than a negative one.
I hope that this is not the end and it will continue to get updates from time to time.

Not as bad as it's believed to be. Buy it during a sale, grab a couple of friends, install Templat's Overhaul and you'll get some pretty fun (albeit, still far from perfect) experience.

The developers of this game have managed to rаре both Edgar Poe and Howard Lovecraft. Rаре! But with love! With love!

The game is so short and contentless that I can't write more than "It's not very good". Period.

Have been waiting for Interstellar Marines since 2009. Still waiting, because this can hardly be called a game.

Ugly-looking, poorly-animated, badly-controlled and overall simply terribly executed game. Coop is useless, the game itself is short and rather resembles a prototype that some students would do as their coursework project (and I think that it actually IS one) than a normal game. Getting it even for free was a big mistake.
Move along, there's nothing to see here.

It's way too early to say if the game turns out good or not, but I would never pay money for what Imagine Me is now. It can hardly be called anything but a tech demo in it's current state. Eight bucks for a tech demo? Have you got no shame?

A small, repetitive, yet still enjoyable side-scrolling SHMUP game with small bits of a platformer. Speaking of the platformer part, it becomes pretty annoying towards the end of the game, until you finally master to aim your jumps using a mouse. But thankfully, it's only a minor part of Ballpoint Universe and you'll spend like 9/10 of time flying around and shooting enemies, which is executed fairly good. Flying controls are great and a large number of various equipment gives this game plenty of replayability. There is not much to say about the graphics: as you can see, they are beautifully-executed and look decent. Also, there are some fatal bugs that can make completing the game impossible, but if you try to stick to the plot rails, you won't encounter them.
But nonetheless, while playing I couldn't get rid of a feeling that this game lacks something. It just feels somewhat wrong, empty, unfinished. But it brought me many hours of fun anyway. Totally worth it's price.
