You've probably then already tried most of the meditations described on that web site or something similar to them, but check out the star meditation. That one sounds really powerful. I've yet to try it myself; am quite looking forward to it.

Sounds exciting! =o) What kind of a group meditation is it? And what type of meditation is it that you've been doing? I'm still trying out different ones and enjoying that. As for that link, not sure why it's giving you the error msg - try pasting it into google and you'll find the page that way.

I'm really into spiritual matters myself. And I've been meditating regularly for the past two years so I'm not at all surprised by that scientific evidence. Here, have a look at this: http://www.meditation-techniques.net/breathing-meditations.htm . Maybe you'll find something useful. ^^

Points will be for Kills Only***No Typekilling, No Teaming, No Cheating, No Smack Talk, get caught get kicked and lose your points.
Games played by Elimination, total points after 4 maps move forward. 6 players at a time on each server, top 3 point winners go to Final Elimination which will be the same 4 maps.
1ST PLACE is any Steam game up to $75 US Dollars
2ND PLACE is any Steam game up to $35 US Dollars
or any combination that stays below your prize amount
Prizes to be sent via Steam
NO ENTRY FEE and NO CASH VALU
