I've enjoyed logistic games for a long time (especially railroad tycoon), and wanted to give this one a try as it looked good, but is actually kind of barebones.
The graphics are alright, the music is good, and the gameplay is ehh...
It's lacking some of the most basic gameplay functionalities you would expect from a train logistic game.
The most annoying one is no traffic lights. If you have two separate long railways merging lanes in a common town, and one train from one line is already in said town, the second line train won't start moving until the first train moves out of the station, instead of it just going to where the lines merge and wait there...
To continue from the point above, servicing trains is also lame. You can only service trains at stations (after building service station there) and they take a loooooooong time to service, which makes the traffic light issue even more of a pain.
Don't get me started on the optimization, why does the game have a stroke every time I try to lay down a track?
Overall, not worth it.

PROS:
1. Solid gunplay and weapon customization system, Tarkov players will be familiar with it
2. Good task system (~150 tasks at time of E.A. alpha release)
3. Amazing graphics and animations
4. Big open world map with many locations to explore
5. SOLID FOUNDATION FOR FUTURE CONTENT

CONS:
1. Obviously performance issues; I fortunately have a high-end rig and didn't have many performance issues; funny enough I believe the servers are just ass and are what is causing the performance issues, because on some servers I play silky smooth and on some I experience rubberbanding and lag

2. No in-depth looting/crafting system; the open world is devoid of interesting loot, just weapons, mags, ammo, food and water, and quest items of course, no materials to craft/upgrade hideout. They of course have in plan to expand this system and include things such as hideout

3. No incentive for PVP because of the lack of rewards for doing PVP at the moment. No loot players have will be of interest to you as everyone is basically using the same loot from vendors. The only reason to PVP is for the hell of it, but otherwise it's just a pain in the ass to deal with campers and teamkillers.

4. Big open world map; although also a pro, it feels like a con as well. Respawn times for AI and loot is tricky, as having players in an area will disable respawning, and since there are three factions, there will always be someone in an area that will disable respawning of AI, which in turn slow your task progression to a crawl, as most of the time you have to go kill some NPCs, get some keys from dead NPCs to unlock a room to get intel. I find myself hopping servers more often than I would like in order to find emptier servers so I can actually farm some keys and finish some tasks.

Overall, a very solid foundation for something that can become great if the devs play their cards right, still fun to play in its current state, but if you don't want to commit to buying yet, I would at least keep a close eye on this game, as I have a feeling it will evolve into something incredible.

The critics did this game very dirty. I'm sure the game had it's bugs at release, but what AAA title doesn't nowadays? From my PC playthrough I have encountered 0 bugs. Another critic remark is that side activities are repetitive. IGN gave this game a 6.5 for that, but Assassin's Creed still getting straight 9s. Aside from that, as long as the activities themselves are fun to do, who cares if they are repetitive? Also, it's a zombie apocalypse. What other activities you want other than killing zombies, bandits and surviving?

Don't listen to the critics. I can honestly say that this is one of my favourite games of all time. The driving mechanics are incredible, really enjoyed driving my bike around. The gameplay is amazing, you have a lot of weapons at your disposal. Fighting hordes is thrilling and exciting, I do not understand how you can fit so many zombies on your screen at one time and still maintain a good framerate.
The story and voice acting has its cringe moments sometimes, but looking at the whole story, it's a really good story, and after that cliffhanger ending I would really enjoy a sequel.
The graphics and visuals are amazing, shooting your gun feels good, hitting enemies in the face with a melee weapon feels good and goes hand in hand with the amazing animations.

My only criticism for the game is the fuel system. It's a bit annoying at the beginning when you have a small tank, so you have to carefully plan your route if you don't want to run out of fuel.

You should really give this game a try, as there is no way you will be disappointed.

This game is amazing. It is still in early access so the content is limited, but the gameplay is so challenging and good you will not be able to complete most of the missions before sinking in a lot of hours.
The game is getting updates more frequently recently and I can already tell it is going to be a huge hit.
If I could compare it to other games, it is a sort of DayZ and Tarkov, but instead of zombies you have bandits and soldiers.
It is already a really fun game so don't hesitate to get it!
At the time of this review I paid 10e for it, which is a complete steal considering what you get in return.

You know when you find a really good game you just know you are going to sink hundreds of hours in it?
Such a special game and I'm so glad I stumbled upon such a nice find.
If you're into the ultimate realistic zombie survival with a ton of depth and personality, do yourself a favour and buy this game.
Oh, and don't be fooled by the early access tag, it is already extremely complex and the modding community is very strong, and they added multiplayer!

This game is one of those easy to learn hard to master type of games.
While the basics are very easy, there is so much more to explore on the side.
Perks, items and add-ons offer a lot of depth to the game and give you tons of different ways to play to fit every playstyle.
However, like every other game that offers this kind of playstyle depth, this game also has the meta.
Some perks are objectively much worse than others, while other perks are completely useless and apply only to such a niche of players that nobody actually uses them.

I wish the progressing system was different than the bloodweb, because getting random perks at the beginning will seem unfair compared to those lucky ones who get meta perks out of pure luck. Bloodpoints are easy-ish to get if you play a lot, but if you play little and don't do well in the game either, you will get very few bloodpoints per match, and you will sometimes struggle with progressing your bloodweb in order to get perks. I wish perks were in a separate progression system than the bloodweb, maybe some sort of talent system tied to your level.
However, this issue is solved literally by playing this game, a lot. But if you're like me and are really enjoying the game, this will likely not be too much of an issue.

The only real downside of this game is that you will sometimes meet very toxic players, more often than I would like to.
I've had my fair share of comments left on my profile by some players who get way too frustrated with this game. I can only imagine their throbbing veins almost exploding on their forehead when they leave those comments, really forced me to put profile comments on friends only.

The gameplay looks and feels really fun, but extremely not friendly to new players.

The maps are extremely confusing, and there is no way for you to select which map you want to play in order for you to learn it better. The map pool is in a continuous rotation and you are playing a different map pretty much every single match, so unless you no-life all day, you have little to no chance of actually mastering any map as a new player.

And don't even get me started on the matchmaking. Literally uninstalled just because of that.
Playing unranked I don't even have level 30 and I'm being matched against levels 178, who might not be pro but they definitely know the maps a lot better than me as a new player, and map knowledge is key in this game.

The gameplay is really fun, but the game doesn't give you any chances to actually try it.
Dying from unbelievable angles of attack/defense and losing most of the matches I play against veteran players who obviously have no place playing against me gets extremely boring and frustrating, and really fast.

I really wanted to like this game, but unfortunately, overall it was a very bad experience.
