Controls are unintuitive and sluggish. The graphics are rather mediocre, especially compared to performance. Also, the Ubisoft launcher is really annoying, even more so on a Steam Deck. Overall it has been a horrible experience to play this game and not worth the €6 I bought it on sale for, let alone the €60 they ask for a game from 2017!

Quite a lovely game, it's a lot of fun puzzling through all the different languages and uncovering the story.

This sequel really takes the best from Cities Skylines I while improving on the worst, except there's two major flaws:

Performance is terrible, I definitely didn't expect dipping below 30fps on low settings with a Steam Deck (also, definitely don't use a default performance profile and instead try to screw around with the settings a little, because the lower profile look atrocious).

Building scales are... weird. I placed 4-story row housing next to a 2-story elementary school, yet somehow the elementary school was *twice as high*.

I love playing this game, but I absolutely cannot recommend buying anything related to the Sims 4. The DLCs are terrible, contain features that should've been in the basegame in the first place, and are waaay too expensive. To top it all off, while the game is MacOS compatible EA has not made this version available through Steam, forcing you to buy the DLCs again through their own storefront if you want to play this game that you own (or should own, you paid for it) on your MacOS device.

This game is honestly incredibly fun with friends. The empty servers mean you'll automatically always play with your friends, however you'll pretty soon have one of your friends level up and since joining friends is completely broken you'll not be able to play anymore.

I love the flying around, I love the shooting missiles at enemy planes while you're getting swarmed, I love how the controls work on my controller. The graphics are great, especially considering I'm using medium settings on a laptop under Proton.

I really like the Artbook, some of the art also makes great wallpapers. The Collector's Edition is a great deal and I definitely recommend it.

You can get around 90 of the achievements just by keeping the game open for 10 minutes, which is dumb in my opinion. The physics feel a little off and the sounds are extremely repetitive (a "brrr" noise that changes in pitch the faster you go and a crashing sound when you get airtime). The controls, on my Xbox controller at least, are just weird and take a while to get used for. Lastly the AI follows the exact same path for every lap, unless you or another car are in their way.

It has too many issues and feels too much like an achievement far for me to give this game a positive rating, sorry.

it's quite a lovely game and i really enjoyed the story :)
