Hope this's the same person I just played with in R2, otherwise this'll be a random how-to lol. The armor's from the Logistic's Bridge map. You have to get to the end of the level (get to the ring at the end) then do another little parkour segment afterwards. It's downstairs from the last checkpoint, past where you got the ring (looking at the spot that you got the ring, it'd be down the ramp to your left. Hang to the right of the platforms as you jump back across the tracks (if you find a chest, you're on the right path.) Grab the chest, turn to the left of that chest and you'll see two white cylinders resting horizontally on a box. Break 'em and climb up them, then follow that path until you hit a dead end, then turn to your left.
