Name: Flare Charger, Flare for short

Backstory: Flare was born to a rich family in Canterlot so he had a pretty easy life for the first 4 or 5 years of his life, but all that changed when he was over at a friends house during a family reunion and when he came back his house was burnt to the ground and all of his family was dead. Then after that he had to live on the streets for about 10 to 12 years until Celestia found him and made him her student keep in mind he is a pegasus he is the only pegasus ever known to be able to use magic, But there may be others. After he finished his training he moved to Ponyville where he lives now.
