One of my personal 'sleeper hits' of this year. Basically Left 4 Dead with classes, a loot system and fantastic melee combat. Very satisfying as I have been yearning for something to fill the void that Left 4 Dead left many years ago. It's a little rough around the edges at times (bugs, questionable design choices, glitches etc.) but for the majority of the time it's very good fun. Even more so on higher difficulties – Left 4 Dead became a cakewalk after several months even on 'Expert'/'Hardcore', while the highest difficulty ('Cataclysm') in Vermintide is seemingly impossible (which is a good thing)!

I really, really, really hope they keep working on the game, because it's so much fun when it works! There's a lot of things to fix that are shying regular and new players away, but I believe if those things are fixed this game could very well be one of the most enjoyable co-op survival games in recent memory. Looking forward to seeing what happens in terms of new content too!

Haven't felt such satisfaction with a game in a very long time. It's left me thinking about it constantly, all day, every day since I finished it; and it's a lovely, rare thing to feel. It's difficult to say much about it specifically without spoiling it, since it's such a delicately and intricately crafted game. But understanding the reasons why it's difficult not to spoil is so satisfying at the end should be enough to pick it up and play! Brilliant, fantastic game.

Had loads of fun with this game. Everything is beautifully crafted, especially the set designs that come in a huge variety but all remain fresh and equally interesting. As with the original Bioshock, the intricate presentation of social themes and ideologies are an important part of the overarching design, and Bioshock Infinite is no different. They are gripping and clearly presented, while refraining from distracting the player from the main narrative. The story, while confusing and even overbearing at times, is intriguing, reaching a fascinating crescendo during the last 20 minutes of the game.

The game is by no means 'perfect', but the clear amount of affection and care that has been put into every small detail in all of its many, many different components results in something that is thoroughly remarkable and enjoyable. It's a game that should be respected, and more importantly enjoyed, for a sum of all its parts.

CS:GO Review
Initially I was very hesitant about this game; it seemed very risky to make so many fundamental changes to a formula that was barely changed through Counter-Strike: Source and Condition Zero. However, seeing how much Valve has listened and continues to listen the community, and how quickly they make changes in both the short and long term, it has completely restored my faith in the game. Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is incredibly fun and feature-rich, with plenty to do for both casual and competitive players. On top of this, there is also plenty of ways to promote and support eSports, which is a much-needed and fundamental step in reinvigorating Counter-Strike in the competitive gaming scene. However, the most important thing with this game is that the community is incredibly nice and friendly - and with a game as difficult and intense as Counter-Strike, it's extremely welcoming. Good stuff!

Loads of fun! Loved the art style, a mix between watercolour and Viktor Antonov's dystopia / Combine.

Great game. Lara's character development is interesting and emotionally engaging. Brilliant use of camera angles too. Amazing visuals. Good fun.
