Great scares, a really tense environment that left me wondering what was around the corner, and that touch that Vidas adds to every game. I had a lot of fun playing through the main story and there's even more to discover in the game.

It's a pretty fun hour or so, busting down walls and laying waste to the typical monsters you'd expect to see in the backrooms. Puzzles aren't too complicated and the terminal sections were a fun little addition. Only real qualm I have is that the pool area is very convoluted to find all the pieces needed, and the final boss was a complete bullet sponge. At 9 bucks it's totally worth it, and I'm looking forward to the Endless Mode to see how that plays.

Vidas' newest horror game is more "human" than the previous ones, while still keeping the terrifying atmosphere and general weirdness that I've always loved. Story wise, it's fine with an ending that warps the plot in a surprising way, and I'd definitely recommend picking it up.

It's a dollar, so settle your expectations and leave any hope for a good ending at the door. Not the worst game I've paid for, and it had a pretty cool chase sequence even if failure led to nothing impressive. My biggest complaint was the absurdity of the ending even though I totally expected something similar to it. At a dollar for 20 minutes of gameplay, I can't complain too much. Only recommending it because I can't leave a neutral review score, but didn't have any real issues to thumbs down it.

Don't go into this expecting a cute little Playtime through a Garten or anything of the sort. This is an extremely well made survival horror game that offsets it's cute enemies with surprisingly brutal weapons, Crimson Head like foes, and puzzle that will have you thinking on your feet while being chased by puppets counting to 10.

Well... trying to count to 10, they're still learning.

The best way I can describe this game without getting too spoiler-y is Pajama Sam and Dora the Explorer had a kid, then raised that kid in an escape room until it was old enough to experience existential dread. I fun, creepy, and at some points heartbreaking time.

Simple mechanics at the core, but the scares in this game are top notch and the end of the shjft gets tense as you try to put the puzzle together to survive the night. You can tell a lot of love went into the development of this game, and I only ran into one possible bug which also could have been me misunderstanding what the game needed me to do.

As always, Dread XP provides a selection of well made games and is sure to have something for any fan of indie horror. From the bizarre to the grotesque, you'll find something in here to scratch that itch you've got.

Chock full of fun mini-games, a cute story interconnecting the levels, some really solid music, and more horror references than you can shake a tibia at.
