Definitely my favorite game of all time -- I've played it multiple times on multiple platforms. I still cry and listen to the music to this day.

The developers definitely did a lot of research into Hong Kong and Chinese culture and behaviors. Even if you aren't Chinese, you're sure to get 90% of the full experience. You won't be able to understand a few things, but the pure gameplay and storyline will be more than enough to sate you.
