Updated 6 months after launch and Steamworks replaced with mandatory Epic Online Services. You have to have the files on your PC in order to play the game, even in single player or with other Steam users.

Game is supposedly fantastic, but we're two weeks in and there's still no fix for the white screen issue plaguing hundreds of thousands of us preventing the game from launching, or a way to run the game without having to use EOS.

Game uses Epic Online Services (not mentioned anywhere!) and requires you to unblock EOS from your host file before you can play the game - even if you're playing in Single Player or only with other Steam players - this cannot be worked around by simply deleting the EOSSDK.dll file, as then the game doesn't even boot.

Very disappointing after years of waiting for the sequel - Steam & Steamworks is what made the original Dying Light such a success so I don't know why they thought it was a good idea to force EOS on everyone.

I played 20 minutes of this on a borrowed VR headset and it's frankly incredible. This is what all VR should be, not just the same thing as a normal game, but with 360 degrees of vision.

It's Forza, it looks gorgeous, has a large open world, performs really well and is fun to play.

Fun game, although the story lasted a few too hours long for me - it started dragging on.

Game doesn't compare to Xenoblade but would recommend it.

The game is fun, with more to do and a much greater emphasis on the story than the original Psychonauts, However, they introduce so many characters (most of whom instantly disappear / are completely unmemorable and then only show up again 15 hours later in the final cutscenes), drop most of the cast from the original game (or have them only really feature as cameos) and the game is significantly less funny than the original.

That said, the gameplay is still great and I'd give it 9/10 and recommend you play it, albeit probably not at the full price of £54.
