Alright..so I got this game hoping for a decent horror game. I didn't have extremely high expectations, but even so I was HEAVILY disappointed. Despite not having any high expectations at all. Let me start first by saying that everything is scripted. Very trial and error based, plus the camp is just..unnecesarrily big, and confusing. Even in daytime this place would be a mess. Why is everything being scripted wrong? well..especially in an extremely short and low budget game like this, scripted events completely kill the 'terror' element of a horror game. I do get that almost every horror game uses it, but this game used it for EVERY instance..I was kind of terrified at the beginning when the T-Rex started thrashing around the caravan and peaked inside. But aside from that, I wasn't terrified at all..The raptor and T-rex chases were EXTREMELY anticlimactic. Not to point out the fact that they literally can't match your speed at all. What logic is this? You sprint faster than both a raptor and a friggin T-Rex..? Very anti-climactic..no tension to the chase at all..

I would also like talk a bit about the 'hiding' mechanic. IT MAKES NO SENSE. I literally walked in front of 2 raptors, with my flashlight open and they didn't even notice me in the slightest. Plus the path I walked through was quite big, in any other horror game you would have been caught instantly. But not in Oakwood as it seems. So yeah. Both hiding and chasing has no..'terror' or 'shiver' to it at all.

And oh boy the ending..I am just going to say that I was 'okay' with the game up until the ending..it literally made no sense..felt like the end to a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ creepypasta. you 'sacrifice' yourself to the dinasours or something..and the humans led you there..what? . Just..thank god it is cheap but, overall, I don't get these positive reviews..the game really wasn't that good at all. It wasn't completely terrible but I do not think it certainly does deserve a recommendation.

Not too complicated of a game. If you have just ragequit a competitive game and looking out for a casual little game, I feel like this is it! It gives a lot of arcade shooter vibe, worth the 5 minutes of fun.

Good game, extremely toxic and unwelcoming community. It's really sad that such an interesting game like this, is suffering from the Overwatch syndrome.

What a beautiful creation of a game.

Honestly..As much as it being my childhood game, and the single online game of one of my most beloved franchises ever..I don't think I can ever reccomend this game to anyone..The devs keep saying they fix bugs but the constant crashes after dragon racing, incredibly long load up sequences, chat banning you for absolutely no reason, they NEVER fix..EVER. This entire game is very poorly designed and customized...Graphics are majorly outdated. The variety of dragons, flight mechanics, intersting quests, story and dialogue is probably all I can say positive about this.. Plus the fastest dragon in this game is pay to play..which is our beloved Toothless the Night Fury. pay to play armour and saddles which increase dragon flight stats also can make things a bit unfair sometimes. If you love the How to Train your Dragon franchise as deeply as I do to a point you won't care about poor game customization, then go for it..But overall, I give it a 4.5 /10

The protege learns from the master, master learns from the god.

This game is my freaking childhood game..I wasn't actually expecting it to be there in steam store when I first got it here, but I am so glad it does. Would be playing it for hours and hours without even being bored, so why not give it a review here? :D

-The controls are a little annoying and wonky, but this is what makes this game fun!
-the soundtracks are not the best, but they still add up to the action!
-the graphics are quite old (obviously) but if you do not mind that much then it's wonderful!
-The physics and mechanics are EXTREMELY wobbly and crazy
-Drifting is really hard so I'd reccomend just going in a straight line as much as you can
-Drivers and cars are pretty cool!
-It can get a little bland and quite boring since the line of the passengers you pick (if you are going for the fastest rides of course) after playing one gamemode for too long
-Not much of a gameplay other than just picking up people and giving them a ride to the place they wish to arrive at.

It hurts remembering what this game used to be and what it is now tbh

You have 60 seconds to buy this game.....

This game came to me when i bought the hat pack in TF2 like 2 years ago when i first became p2p..I decided to write a review about this. And what i'm going to say:


PLEASE DON'T BUY THAT PIECE OF CRAP.

When it first came to me i was like ''Oooh, maybe it could be a nice game?''
But no...seriously..this game is nonsense. The gameplay is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. You can't close it and when you do the battle continues on from where you had left it..Everytime. It's really annoying.

I may not know what good features the game might have but that's my opinion....It is not worth that much money for a game like this.
