I saw your HOI4 review. I havent touched it in a while. What bothers me most was, for example the meta division template.

I installed the mod where the AI was using meta templates to make it more challenging. So I have my German meta infantry divison fight against the polish and they just barely made it. It just doesnt feel right.

Is this still the case? Doesnt matter what country, as long as you use meta templates you can beat superior powers? Would appreciate an answer from you :)
