Lack of progression is really really boring and a large part of sim games which this lacks.. cant move items, cant stack stock up, cant change much at all, money feels irrelevant, and its kinda generally unfun for a 20$ game.

Its ok.

If you liked hades 1, youll like hades 2, the only real negative I feel is the slight delay on the dash, otherwise, super good game.

This game definitely has its flaws, but Its addicting like league Is though.
Its fundamentally sound with huge problems In my eyes.

1. + Sounds.
   Hitting tracks or having someone bounce a shot on you just sounds crisp
   
2. + Variety of gameplay.
   Whether you prefer sniping of being a speedy boy there is probably a tank for you. Whether or not its a good tank is another question.

1. - The absurd amount of pay to win. (Not as strict pay to win)
   The amount of t8 premium I see is crazy, A huge offender is the t8 french premium, the borrasuqe, or the t6? US TD the super hellcat. These tanks are pretty much all youll see at these tiers and its clearly for a reason.
   
2. - The RNG (kinda not rng kinda is.)
   A big part of the game is armour values and Penetration values, if youre in an even tier its kinda whatever, its probably not your job to hammer heavies as a light tank for example, but its disgusting when the match making puts you in a tier 8-9-10 game and you just cant touch a t10 heavy as a t8 TD. It feels like you cant do anything.

Overall the game is a great time sink, id neutral review if i could, its fun but its it really pisses you off eventually.

Pretty good game tho

Decent length, enjoyed the interaction, growth and backstory to each of the characters.
And Brash Brigade Lahni is a nice skin..

Having played every game in the series, i can say this is a good gears game.
plays and feels how it should.
i personally like the story where other diehard fans dont, but idk, i ♥♥♥♥ with it.
good game on sale, would buy full price.

+ Good story imo
+ fun introduction to the series

- Multiplayer
- annoying announcer
- terrible map design (large open rooms or a vertical ladder of pathways)
- Super trash spawns (constantly spawning near enemies or vice versa)

I can safely recommend this game, if you play with friends, or strictly play killer.
the core gameplay might get a little repetitive after a while but taking month long breaks isnt as punishing as other online games.
it has a steep learning curve and high mastery ceiling.

The gun-play is probably the worst ive ever had the displeasure of playing.
Between 2 weapons dominating nearly all ranks, hackers in the lower ranks and unforgiving higher ranks the game just isnt good.
