My first Street fighter game, but i have played other fighting games, overall it seems very polished and i have no complaints about the online experience (in terms of lag/ connecting). as someone who hasn't played street fighter before i would recommend this to anyone who's considering trying it out

Its decent, they have some stuff to work on but im sure updates will fix it int he future, Steals are very overpowered currently, tall centers will dunk on you on my park and its nearly impossible to block, some of the badges dont appear to work (if they do they never give the indicator in the top righ), aside from that which seems like something they will change in the future with update, if they can adress these few issues the game will be really good, personaly its my favorite so far that ive played although ive only played the last 3 years

First of all its an insult to the player base that pc players don't get the "next gen" version of the game, which is very frustrating going into career mode you don't have any option to play in the G league and your forced to play in the collage tournament where if you lose even a single game your forced into the draft.

Second of all. the game offers the ability to use your in game currency to upgrade the stats of your character (i maxed out my shooting which i will make a point of later)
this ability to upgrade your stats is completely irrelevant because even with maxed out shooting (95 for my character build) it was almost impossible to make a shot without perfect timing even if i was wide open
you need to earn badges to increase your shooting potential, and the only way to earn said badges is by making shots that go towards the progression of the badge ( which as i pointed out earlier is nearly impossible to actually make the shot without the badge unless you have perfect timing) which for most new players coming into the game there just simply not going to have that timing.

third: the game forces you into a collage tournament from the get go with the promise of being able to earn badges and stat upgrades for your character before the draft.
Unless you are a seasoned veteran of 2k there is very little chance you'll make it to the end let alone even win the first game. each cpu team is given a star player which for your team is expected to be you, this player is nearly impossible to defend, even with 3 defenders i've seen them make nearly impossible shots and then on the opposite end of the court will stick to your player like glue.
(the whole intro to the career mode sets you up to fail, unless you are a veteran of the game and know 100% what your doing there's little chance that you'll be able to win these games without watching some sort of guide first and even then its very difficult)

maybe its the narrative of the game that your ment to lose and be a late draft pick but if that's the case i feel like they could have done it in a way that dosn't make new players feel absolutely incompetent of continuing the game
