I played this last in the trilogy. Outside of 1 or 2 things I genuinely did not enjoy this game. Instead of making creative enemies and fun levels, the theme is just adding more enemies to everything. The run ups for a lot of bosses were awful as well. I genuinely don't believe they play tested the Lud and Zellen area. That hold the crown as worst souls area ever. The bosses we're very mid outside of Fume Knight. Old Ivory King and Sir Alonne were decent as well.

The one redeeming quality was the weapon system. I enjoyed that you could weapon buff and infuse the same weapon in this game. Made for some interesting rebuilds. The Bonfire aesthetic system was also cool allowing you to farm certain items that would otherwise be limited.

Masterpiece. Nothin more to it.

Greatest single player experience I've had to date. A must buy for anyone
