nice game

I didn't expect to like this game as much as i do

i really like spending time on the main menu. the music is amazing, the art is metal af, I enjoy thinking about what weapons and tools I'm going to bring on my next game, and the "library" has very entertaining journals written about all the creatures in the game, which you slowly unlock as you slaughter more of them. This game also has a feature with which you can see 3d models of all the weapons and understand how they look, but more importantly how they sound. You can even zoom out up to 1km away to hear what each weapon sounds like from different ranges, helping you tune your hearing for when you get back into the game.
