As a fan of Simulation and open world games, this one really hits the nail on the head. as overwhelming as the "do what you want" aspect can be, once you start to figure things out the open ended nature of ED gives endless possibilities. Want to be a pirate? raise the jolly roger. want to see sights, charge that FSD. Want to be a space trucker, well 10/4 good buddy. Elite Dangerous has it all.
