A very fun game with a handful of issues that (for me anyways) do not completely ruin the overall experience but are still worth mentioning:

Multiplayer lacks drop-out mechanics, when your friends join to adventure with you their characters will forever be in your party. It has made it necessary to have separate saves for each adventuring group, and a private solo one. I wish that friends could hop in and play for an evening without preventing the rich NPCs or even other friends from also playing in that save.

I have had some performance issues. The game is still beautiful on low graphical settings, & my solo game seems to run MOSTLY smooth, but its not perfect and has fits of lag & jitteriness in lobbies with others. I am running a 5yo gaming laptop in a heatwave, so very possibly my fault, but optimization could definitely be improved (especially for multiplayer aspects)

These are the major shortcomings in the beginning of a great game however! I have loved the stories, the gameplay, the freedom, the loyalty to source material, & the studios very obvious love for the world theyve created and the players that fill it. It feels only fair to assess its flaws, but even when ive been taken aback by technical issues the game manages to pull me back in with incredible storytelling & mechanical freedom. I cannot help but give the game a recommendation.

Fantastic story, manages a very rich horror vibe without pulling any cheap tricks or jumpscares. A very rich mystery is weaved into it as well and has great action payoff without undermining any of the creepy tension that has been built from the moment the title screen opens.
The addition of Kaycees mod adds another layer of fun mechanical challenge and replay value to a wonderful game that'd otherwise probably only be played through 2-3 times. It has breathed new life into an already amazing game, and is the reason I even chose to come back and give this review.

TL;DR Very good story with extra game inside. 10/10

Praise be to Greg & his boyz. Definitely like the romance option with his adopted 2nd brother the best. Make sure the Italian voiceover is enabled in the options btw, game is unbeatable without.

Super creative challenge, and the devs are constantly improving. 10/10 worth every penny and more.

Atmospheric horror FPS game with RPG elements. VERY creepy game in which you try to uncover the truth behind an accident while being chased by infected.Far too scary to appeal to a younger audience. 1/5 with 1 star for actually scaring me.
