THIS is how a remake should be done

I used to play a lot on the Xbox One version but then Neighborville released and I tried it. But I gotta say I couldn't bring myself to like it. I would eventually forget about Garden Wafare 2 but when I saw it was now on Steam, I knew I just had to buy it. Although I lost all the progress I had on Xbox and have to start the game all over again, I'm still having fun at playing as classes' variants I usually wouldn't play on Xbox (SInce I haven't unlocked my favorite classes variants yet). So if you're wondering whether you should buy Battle For Neighborville or Garden Wafare 2, I strongly recommend Garden Wafare 2.

Screw Back 4 Blood, despite playing L4D2 more because of its modding community, I do come back on this game every once in a while to play it a bit and see the great work that the developpers did on this game unlike Back 4 Blood which in my opinion doesn't deserve to be called the spiritual successor of Left 4 Dead. I am glad to have grown up with Left 4 Dead 1&2 on Xbox 360.

A very cute metroidvania which, despite the difficulty of boss battles, is really an enjoyable game. I played it in the past and recently started a new game and I am now over 50% Items/Map completition and have yet to finish the game. Really looking forward to finish it so I can play its DLCs content!

From when I first played it on console after my cousin gave me his Xbox 360 alongside L4D & L4D2 and many other games like GTA IV, I was already captivated by the game because of how fun it was! And when one of my friend gifted it to me on Steam back in 2015 (or 2016), I found the game even more fun to play with the Steam Workshop feature which offers many campaigns that are great if you get tired of the default ones. It is surely a great game to play by yourself, but I think it is better with friends! The only thing that I hate about it is how most players tend to me more competitive when it comes to the Versus mode since I'm pretty sure the console version community was more looking for fun rather than competition. So if you'd prefer having a more enjoyable versus experience, I'd recommend playing it with friends as well. To conclude, I'd like to say that despite the game being over 10 years old, it is still one of the best action horror FPS of all time!

6.5/10 Couldn't get any more yabai than it already is to my eyes. Only reason why I kept on playing was because it is a Metroidvania game.

I've played all versions of the game except for the switch one. The wiiware version (demo version that got me interested into the game), was the first one I played. I remember finding the game online a year or two after having played that version and this was the first time I played through the entirety of the game (never managed to get best ending to this day) and loved its story.

It has a great OST and I think all version of the OST are good although I prefer the remastered version. This game is, and will probably remain my favorite Metroidvania out of them all. So if you're a metroid fan and that you want to play a good metroidvania game, then this game would probably be the perfect choice for you!
