Early Access Review
Rough around the edges, but it is an amazing co-op horror game.

Ignoring the technical issues, Elden Ring is easily the best souls game.

This game was short but so good it made me actually mad that it ended so quickly because it was so much fun that I could have played it for months provided it had replayability or the content to back it up.

I strongly recommend this game to anyone.

This is one of the buggiest if not THE buggiest game I have ever played in my entire life and I played Fallout 76 in beta and on release.

Edit:

So... Cyberpunk 2077 came out, not the buggiest game ever anymore.

In the Great Game Depression of 2019 where good releases are thin and few, an unexpected game appeared.

Remnant: From the Ashes

(I played on Hard difficulty, max settings.)

This game, albeit short, is a great one. There are many games that heavily borrow from Dark Souls nowadays, but few feel like anything more than just a lifeless clone.

Remnant takes inspiration from Dark Souls perfectly. It is Dark Souls with guns, only with a unique twist, procedural generation and optional full Co-op. This takes what would be normally a very quick game to beat for the average gamer and adds countless hours of replayability. This, combined with promises for future content updates and expansions, gives this game a bright future.

I'd like to commend the developers, this game had some, but not many bugs on release. Quality assurance is something a lot of game studios today seem to completely skip out on. The only issue I really encountered were frame drops in certain areas, namely the Ward and certain Corsus maps . The developers have also been communicating with the community properly.

The music is absolutely phenomenal, if you normally play with music off I'd strongly recommend you turn it on.

The graphics are good, not breathtaking, but I'm not a stickler for graphics in the first place.

The gameplay feels fluid, I haven't had any bad experiences with it, weapons feel as if they have impact and there was no point at which I died to anything out of my control.

I wouldn't say that this game is a masterpiece, however it is a good game. Overall, I'd give it a 8/10 if I were to rate it.

I don't understand all the negative reviews complaing about toxic players, it's a free game and a moba, of course there are toxic players. Use the report system, you may think it does nothing, but more often than not it actually does something, just give the reports time.

That being said, it's a free game, try it out, if you don't like it don't play it. It's certaintly a lot of fun for me and my friends, and I'd recommend it to anyone that has trouble getting into isometric mobas but is interested in mobas.
