The first time I played this I found many negative reviews, but now I see more positive reviews. The truth is that this cheap game is worth playing as long as you're not such a perfectionist since, indeed, there are some mistakes. I liked some sound effects and music, others I didn't. The Art is good in general, at least I liked the images, you could even use them as wallpapers/artworks.
Sometimes the Russian language is mixed with English randomly. The translation is NOT entirely correct, however the stories are understandable. They're short but entertaining. I liked them all except the last one.

It has 4 interesting and different stories.
Stories about parallel worlds, money and power, virtual world + approach with AI and about failure, depression and disappointment (honestly, I'm glad "J" is dead).

I can't say much about the last story where the previous 4 (or elements of them) are mentioned but they're NOT related at all. There are some things that are NOT fully explained and that's why it makes no sense to me. I didn't like it.

In all these short stories there's a cause with its due consequence, so I'd say in a way they leave you with a moral.

The Mortuary Assistant.

When I play this game I can't help but remember a series of books I read years ago. "I Am Not a Serial Killer", by Dan Wells. I'll leave some quotes here:
“Embalming was like... I don't know how to describe it. It was like playing with a giant doll, dressing it and bathing it and opening it up to see what was inside.”

"Is a Demon your best friend?" - Mills said.
"Look who suddenly got judgmental." - John said.

On the other hand, I've always thought that it'd be interesting to work in a mortuary or funeral home. And this game gives you that little experience in a simpler way of what it'd be like to have a job like that. Furthermore, you have to discover which body is possessed by the demon and get rid of it, but not before finding out its name. Sounds fun, right?

At first it was a little difficult for me to play. I tried to use control but couldn't. When I wanted to change the button configuration, something happened and I simply couldn't. On the other hand, I didn't like the default keys on keyboard so I changed them to my liking and was able to play properly. When you know exactly what to do and how to proceed, that makes everything easier, although the game itself is quite simple.

Although the dynamic is the same on each shift and THIS for many players would be repetitive, for me it's not like that. After 20 hours and having gotten all the endings multiple times, the game still surprises me with new scares and manifestations. You always discover something new. I like this very much. There really is a great variety of manifestations. You can see the dedication of the developer here. The game is so well designed that it makes you feel part of it. I wonder if it could be compared to those "Enigma Rooms". If there was one with a Morgue/Mortuary theme, I'm in!

It's a different, fascinating and immersive experience. You'll feel watched all the time, and when you let your guard down, BOOM, there's "he" or "she" or.. Corpses walking strangely in the Hallway or corpses levitating while on the "analysis table" or arms pointing places.

This game varies mainly in certain events related to the past of our protagonist Rebecca, and the visions that she sees, these being a way of the demon to scare you, break you and make you give up and forget your main purpose: find out its name, the body in the mortuary that is possessed and burn it.

I love the fact that the bodies smile in a macabre way sometimes, these are almost always the possessed ones, however, it can also be a deception. Pay attention and use the ashes wisely.
Note: if you play a little with eyelids and mouth the body will talk to you and say "Do the dead comfort you?"

Most of the "scares" are demonic presences, and they're so subtle, that when you realize them it's normal to be a little surprised. Even when they're silent.

This game teaches you that the devil is in the details. You turn around to take the Formaldehyde or Methanol, and suddenly the corpse in front of you quickly moves some limb or levitates in the air.

The game in general is very good, however, sometimes there are small bugs. In any case, just go back to the Main Menu and continue.
Sometimes when interacting with Rebecca's coffin, there's no response.
When the 'woman' who attacks Rebecca approaches down the hallway, sometimes the screen goes black and you have to restart.
This one is very rare, but sometimes the Cremation Oven doesn't work when the corpse is ready. You can also restart and it'll work again.
I don't know if this one should be considered a bug, but I've noticed that sometimes when I use a piece of paper near the desk, no matter how hard I search, no sigil ever appears, so I try to avoid that place when looking for sigils.

The voices are good, especially Raymond Delver and his.. Possessed mother.

This game was a gift from a good friend. I appreciate it, it's one of my favorites now. I highly recommend it, and it's even better if you increase the frequency of "Hauntsystem Aggressiveness". I love it! (not recommended if you have heart problems). But be careful. After a few games (shifts) in a roll, the time seems to be reduced and not enough, so you lose faster before embalming the third corpse, or so it has happened to me. Somehow ignoring certain events like phone calls and dark shadows calling you prevent you from 'unfocusing' on your mission, so.. Avoid them.

This game will definitely be in my "💙" collection.
Ending 5 and Ending 6 are my favorites so far.

Conclusion 1: The game is great and the demons are trolls.
Conclusion 2: I'm ready to work in a Mortuary. Okay, just kidding.
PS: I'll wait patiently for Halloween and Christmas.

Ayudar o dejar morir. Ayudar o matar.

I must say the game is better than the screenshots and reviews. Although, it only has one map and not too many weapons, it's quite entertaining. It's not a bad game. Considering its price, I think it offers just enough and something else to pass the time. If you don't like it, fine, you invest little for a game that has easy achievements and cards to make your badge.

In itself, it's repetitive; you kill and kill zombies, you move around the map (which is not too big), and at least in the first levels, the final boss is the same guy connected to 2 electricity generators. If you are one of those people who like action and move in places that aren't too big, you'd probably like to try this game. It has 12 levels, I won't lie, I only reached 'til level 5 or 6. You reach such a complex level that you'll think that it's impossible to reach level 12 (normal mode), and maybe you're right, but that's not an excuse for not achieving all the achievements.

I repeat, if you want a game with better graphics, more variation of maps, weapons and even characters, costumes and improvements, you'd better look for other titles, and most importantly, invest more money.

If you want to play something for veterans, try this game; see, you can't practically defend yourself in the game, because once the enemy grabs you, you can't get your freedom, and you die... Can you imagine the frustration of the guys who played this game for several minutes, they got a bit far, and then, they died? It's funny to think about it, but also stressful, since you have to save the progress yourself, and if you haven't done it, well... The game is over. On the other hand, sometimes the game closes or goes black and white. This is quite annoying.

Dare to buy this game if you're patient and veteran enough. The idea is great, it's just they must fix their current mistakes.

The Cat Lady... Perhaps a boring game for many, but when you get into it, and you really understand the story, believe me, you can't stop playing it, and it intrigues you to know what fate and death have saved for Susan Ashworth, a solitary and depressive woman, whose only company in life are the cats, whom she calls while playing the piano to see them and feed them; the only beings in the world who seem to understand her and diminish her grief, even knowing that they don't speak, and they'll never answer her, at least, not in words. Susan is fully convinced that life doesn't make enough sense to her; is convinced that no one needs her, and no one will miss her the day she ceases to exist. After her suicide attempt, she has a new opportunity to live (..to live..), and she has an opportunity to do the right thing and eliminate people who, according to the old woman named "The Queen of Maggots", are Parasites, the scum itself, and that they have no right to continue living, 'cause of the damage and pain they cause in other people. Susan cannot refuse, and for this, she has been granted a gift, coveted and desired by many, too much for others, and utterly disastrous and meaningless for Susan: Immortality.

It's funny, the game is too realistic and accurate with its arguments... Maybe 'cause that's how I feel sometimes, and I found so many similarities of my life projected in the game... So, I had to finish it... I really wanted to know what was going to happen with the return of Susan to life, to the real life that Mitzi Hunt taught her to live, because despite the distrust (in part) Susan shows at first, and although she was a lonely woman, and therefore reserved, Mitzi showed her that in life there's too much more than we imagine, many reasons to go forward, many reasons to smile, and many things to live for, because it's really worth to try it.

Note:
As you expect, the end has its variations, this due to the decisions you've taken throughout the game.

The Cat Lady...
