Dirt Rally is the only game that makes me replay the same stage over and over for copious amounts of time, just to nail it down flawlessly. It's gonna kick you in the ass really hard for most of the time, but the feeling of proudness and that you've actually made it solely by learning and skill mastering, makes Dirt Rally worth playing.

And the game can be enjoyable without a wheel, the only downsides being a bit harder to master and requiring bit more patience than usual.

Don't get me wrong, I really love this game, but recent change in price and pushing over huge amounts of DLC's 4 years after release is something that saddens me, since this great game is being slowly destroyed by it's own makers.

Just don't buy untill Paradox will sort their ♥♥♥♥ out.

They sorted it out. Subjectively best Paradox game (besides Vicky2) you can play, offering huge amounts of non modded fun and even more if you want to get into expansion or total conversion mods.
