I bought the game based on multiple recommendations around it being relatively heavy on open world exploration. Unfortunately, it really is all combat all the time. And it doesn't help that the difficulty tuning is absolutely insane. I can see what they were going for (sword combat as fast, precise, and deadly) but JFC we're doing this for fun, right? For reference, I enjoyed Elden Ring significantly more than "Ghost of Tsushima"

I enjoyed the game and played for about 15 hours. It's kind of an ultra complicated version of solitaire, with elements of crafting and hidden objects thrown in. The mood perfection, if you want contemplative and vaguely creepy.

I ultimately gave up because it seems like it will take 50-100 hours to complete the game, and I just don't have it in me. Still, I enjoyed the time I spent with Book of Hours.

This game is beautifully simple, soulful, and moody. It's well worth your time.

On the whole, this game is quite a lot of fun. It ranges from very relaxing to quite stressful, and the difficulty level is selectable.

The only downside is that I can't recommend it for couch co-op play. It's lotsa fun, but the controller lag renders the game unplayably bad, and apparently the bug has been in the build for at least the last 6 months (!) so don't expect it to be fixed.

While it lacks the freshness and raw emotional impact of the original, this is a well-told interactive story and it's very worth playing.

Varied, skill-based fun, with a great art style and engaging story.

This game creates an incredible sense of wonder and is all about exploration of a strange, creative little solar system.

Should be named "Stone `s HARD" :) Hard but not *too* hard.
