It's marketed for adults only but the writing is not up to the task. A bunch of murders happen in the very first scene as well as some very awkwardly worded sex, but none of it means anything. The protagonist spends the whole time the murders are happening talking about how they don't care about murders anymore. Samarah, the antagonist, is the most exhausting human I have ever read. All of the writing is clumsy. Deciphering the intent from what is written is the only real gameplay mechanic I experienced. The whole script needs to be put through grammarly, or better yet, have an editor go over it for "Logical Inconsistencies". This game is not for me.
