The best way to describe this is simply...meh.
Very disappointing, not worth the price tag

Some scenes are just randomly black and white? Makes it seem unfinished

Story is repetitive across all routes, rather than focus on your chosen lover, all routes go into every character, it gets tedious *fast*

Severe lack of choices

No consistency with the body proportions

The quality in Y Press Games is dropping, while the price tag rises and it's a kick in the teeth to fans. Worse, is the amount of guilt tripping done by Yamila in the discord server and the lies being spread in marketing emails.

So very disappointed in the game and company.

After waiting so long for this, I'm so sad to say it's very disappointing.
The game itself is very short, which isn't always a bad thing but paired with the tiny amount of CGs and the average at best story it just feels like a rip off at the price.

Buy on sale if interested, but meh

I honestly don't what I expected

I honestly find this entire game to just be a bit of a mess...
What little plot there is just is not interesting or even that cohesive. Interactions with the love interests feel forced.
The word game is just boxes saying noun and it doesn't matter what you put.

It's also very clear that this was designed to be for mobile, with PC popped on as an after thought.

The game itself is good but the entire experience is soured by the community. People are getting bullied for not knowing what an abbreviation means, for not formatting a will how someone likes and don't dare mention if you're a new player because then you're throwing the game. The chat is basically just filled with childish name calling. I'm so disappointed by the level of toxicity.

I cannot recommend this game enough. It's a hard hitting, sobering experience, that doesn't sugar coat the realities of homelessness. The message is so very important and it's easy to see how much the devs care.

While I appreciate what they were trying to do, it's honestly just boring. No character, plot and not that easy to navigate. Sorry

I am actually kind of obsessed with this game and that doesn't happen to often, so I'm really excited about this! I don't even really think you have to be a huge Disney fan to fall in love, that's just a bonus, but as a casual fan of Disney I'm still captivated. If you like casual, cozy, life sims I genuinely think you'll highly enjoy Dreamlight Valley and recommend you buy it.

- The character customization = astounding
- You can play for hours and not run out of things to do
- Visually beautiful
- The Art style gives Dreamlight Valley a different feel than most other games within the life sim genre which is really refreshing to me
- Considering it is in Early Access, there really aren't that many glitches and I'm soexcited to see how it develops
