Honestly I think people are hating a bit too much on Contagion.
I played it first back in 2015, I enjoyed it then and still do. It's a hardcore shooter with hardcore elements, with most of the game being centered around its multiplayer experience, not the campaign. The campaign isn't perfect though. Seems like the biggest problem Contagion has these days is its low player count, which is really unfortunate. I've been cracking at Contagion for a few hours for a video project I'm doing on YouTube and did enjoy it, for its discounted price I think its an allright deal if there are enough players on. Its also worth keeping in mind there is currently a single developer working on this but don't expect a perfect game. Perhaps in the long run a Free Weekend or a F2P project is worth donig for Contagion.

This game turned into such a ♥♥♥♥ show, which is sad because I remember playing it in 2018 and it was awesome.
Now, the game has sold its soul to Facebook and downgraded itself to ♥♥♥♥ to work with the Quest headsets.. just sad really.
The AI is heavily downgraded, to the point of being comical when compared side by side with version 1.7 to the current version. The AI went from being smart with flanking manouvers, grenade throwing etc to feeling like they imported the HL1 scientist AI. The audio, graphics, are downgraded so much it's honestly kind of shocking. Stay away from this.

If its your kind of thing you'll definitively enjoy it!
The music is fantastic, and the dialogue options feel like they matter.

Chernobylite has some possibilities ahead of it. And it's cool to see someone motivated to make a game about the Chernobyl accident - stalker ish. However, this product has a long development period ahead of it to make it worth while for 99% of consumers.

The game has horrid optimization. Running a GTX 1080ti and and i7 2700k is nowhere near to run this game at even stable frames. The atmosphere and general enviornment of the game feels completely off. In some places, like the home base it's good. But otherwise... well let's just say you're not going to get STALKER vibes from it.
The missions are limited to 30 minutes like in Escape from Tarkov, why this is? Genuinely no f**** idea.
NPC's are completely dead, several of the soldiers do literally have no faces while wearing gasmasks.
There are only TWO GUNS IN THE ENTIRE GAME!?
The only two guns feel so sluggish and strange. Why does the pistol zoom like a 4x ACOG scope?
Why do the hostiles shoot at you like they are trying to hit a target 500m away? They spend a eye opening amount of time to aim.
The glitches and frame drops ruin what little immersion the game had. Not recommended unless you want to support the devs with your money. Speaking of money, $25 is a horrid price for this product. Even as an early access product.

Resident Evil 2 Remastered is an amazing game once the gameplay gets started, but the very very early introduction feels super rushed with little to no backstory about the characters and who they are, or ANY information at all for that matter. Obviously the zombie apocalypse comes as a suprise, but some kind of backstory from the characters or the city or anything would be nice. Story obviously exists in terms of other games and movies, but this would help form a better background for the events happening in the game. The later parts of the game are made up of actually trying to figure out what is happening, and this is great, but the early parts is missing information that would help players establish an understanding, especially to those who are not familiar with the universe of Resident Evil. You are thrown so quickly into the combat, even the characters barely seem to recognize whats happening in front of them, overall the early introduction feels super rushed and is quite poor in my opinion. Never played the original from 1998, so not sure if this was a thing back then.

This is just the VERY VERY early introduction, after this the game picks up the pace. The gunplay is great, the visuals are stunning, the models and animations are just as expected from an amazing looking game like this. Voice acting is nice, but
some voice actors feel a bit off, while others are amazing, which is a typical mix for CAPCOM & Resident Evil Games.
Puzzles are unique and not boring or too grindy, and the story really moves forwards nicely from there.
It's an amazing game for fans of the franchise, especially those who played it in 98' and a cool game for others, but I think it's a point to be made that this game delivers close to nothing in terms of creativity, but that's not exactly critique worthy. This is still an amazing game, but perhaps not worth as much to every player.

If you're even a slight fan of the Metro series, you absolutely have to play & own this game.
The orignal Metro 2033 game, remastered is an amazing experience to both the eyes and the ears!
Although the redux isn't as dark and grim as the original game, it's still a very very worthy experience, and is very much worth your time too!

Bad Company 2 is one of the last TRULY great Battlefield games ever made.
This game preceeds the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ platform we know as Origin, and the horrible website DRM crap known as Battlelog...
The combat is thrilling, the graphics are amazing, the veichles are cool, the maps are great, the destructible buildings are not just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ scriped sequences, the game was actually stable on release, there's an ACTUAL OPTION to have NATIVE languages, so the Russians speak Russian in Multiplayer rathern than the now-standard ♥♥♥♥♥♥ russian+english ♥♥♥♥ which I truly despise more than I probably should, and the DLC's with Vietnam are just icing on the cake.

EA once said "We don't understand why people like Bad Company 2 so much" well, it's because you used to make games free from SJW, feminist ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Free from RDM crap, moneygrab titles, lootboxes, political correctness, instability, Origin, and so many of the things that now plague your games. Anyway.

This one is a must-have lads, that goes for any Battlefield or FPS fan.

DayZ is one of the strangest, most fun, awfully looking, glitchy, buggy mods ever made. Yet, there was and still is amazing loads of fun to be had here. The mods content has just kept growing these last couple of years, and it's defenetly worth a try if you're interested.
Undoubtedly one of the games(mods) I've had the most with in my entire life.

Don't misunderstand me, Narcosis is FAR from a BAD game.
But it is quite disapointing in several areas, compared to some of the other Sub-Sea Horror Games like SOMA etc.
The scares consists mostly of jumpscares, which is fine, but I'd highly perfer more psychologically driven horror, which there is an excellent foundation to do in a game that takes place 3000m bellow the surface of the sea.
The story itself is pretty good, and the game has excellent voice acting. But the shortness of the campaign (around 3.5 hours) combined with less than optimal scares leaves me deciding not to reccomend the game, unless it's on a big sale, for most buyers.
