A game that has gotten better over time, and one that the developers are obviously invested in and looking to improve. If you're looking to get into this game (just as with any other paradox games) get it on a steam sale, but then I would personally buy most of the DLCs as they come out at full price because individually they are not very expensive and they motivate the studio to continue working on this game.
