Early Access Review
This game can be buggy as hell in its current state. If you plan to play this game alone, you'll likely have a mostly stable experience. If you plan to play this with friends, expect to crash a lot. Even more so if you run the game on a dedicated server to play - at the time of review the multiplayer is just unstable. If crashing occasionally isn't a bother for you, the game play of Satisfactory is great. The game features a decent amount of exploration, light combat with alien fauna, and best of all an extensive factory building system.

Whether math homework was ever fun for you or not, Satisfactory will likely still be an enjoyable experience and will only get better as the developers continue to deliver updates.

An absolute masterpiece of a video game.

Very quickly you end up immersed in a world both cute and comical with puns and guns everywhere. Every single run is an entirely unique experience, with rare combinations of items adding to the already large replay-ability of this game. Gungeon perfects the rouge-lite design with difficult gameplay, challenges, and unlocks. At the time of this review I have 240 hours and have just now finished unlocking every item.

Gungeon is addictive because it doesn't ever feel unfair. The game is well balanced to where with enough skill it is entirely possible to beat a run without collecting items. The primary mechanics that help facilitate this kind of fairness are the blanks and the dodge roll. Blanks are a consumable item that allow you to clear the room of all bullets for a second, very useful for a game the plays like a bullet hell. The other mechanic, the dodge roll, lets you become invincible for a short duration while you roll bullets. The drawbacks to this are that you can't shoot enemies while rolling and, more importantly, it forces you into committing to that movement. This means a poorly timed roll can get you shot by a different bullet. You can still blank to prevent that bullet though, which adds to the complexity of the gameplay and helps make the game feel fair.

If you're into it, this game also has some extensive lore that I'm not going to get into. Just know that you have an "Ammonomicon" that you fill out with items and enemies as you play that goes into their backstories.

If I've sold you on this game, one warning for you: Watch out for mimics.

Although many people hate the fact that Valve seems to not respond to community outcry about things like matchmaking and weapon balancing, the game of Team Fortress 2 remians remains to stand strong with a deticated dedicated community. There are many thing to hate about this game. But in the same sense many different ways to play it, and when these playstyles interfere with each other it causes chaos, but still many things about this game remain the same. I love this game. I don't see this changing in the future. Even if Valve messes something up, they have yet to actually make the game completely unplayable. To this day Team Fortress has remained a fun free to play first person class based shooter, and it will remain that way.
