If you have played gunfire reborn then you might like this for it's more fast-paced fights
While this game has some difference play style then gunfire will list a few
-Light story to understand world
-Fast-paced fluid movement
-Branching paths to different areas
-Endless mode (came out when writing review)

It reminds me of good old banish with better AI and much more.

It a very decent settlement manger so far with all the resources management and buildings.
So here some simple thoughts on the game.

- Like I said game like banished but with a tech tree to build better things
- Game play has a big learning curve to understand for happiness and healthy statues for city (A good challenge... sometimes)
- Have many resource to keep track of, since there are simple to advance resource you unlock from tech tree
- Game has the workshop mod page (Mostly to make the game easier or visuals as for right now)
- UI is nice and clean to understand info on somethings
- Music is nice and calming (some people find it annoying)
- Visuals are simple but easy on the eyes for long plays

Not a huge amount of things to say right now due they are still updating and making tweaks to the game,
Overall it is a good relaxing game and worth the money if you really love settlement/city management building games.

I really like survival building games and empyrion isn't a hardcore survival game but to build and go out to explore and find resource on different planets is what got me since when i got this game there wasn't a lot of games that did this and buying games in alpha was a risk which im glad to risk it for this game.

Game play is nice as the same to the menus that are easy to navigate through and like many other games it does have a learning curve but it does have tutorial to know the basic survival to making your first builds.
While i don't mind the grind to get the resources to build a base or ship but some might hate it when making bigger things later on in the game and the devs did add that if all of certain resource deposit are gone then an asteroid will hit randomly on the planet which you can go look for and mine it. (For explain like you mine all the iron deposit on a planet an asteroid that has iron will randomly fall onto the planet.)

As a side note many people would compare this to space engineer which they do follow the same game play, but they play out differently.
The major thing is that empyrion tends to be more into building, survival, and exploring different planets with environment and wild life while space engineers kinda has those thing but was more about building.

Warframe is one the best f2p games I have seen on steam and I played this game in 2013 to now with taking time off playing other games. The game has changed so much over the years for the better and hoping they stay on track with this gem of a game as there is none like it.

Pros
+ Game runs on most decent laptops
+ Unique warframe and weapons
+ Good game balance/economy
+ Storyline/quest
+ Earn login reward on platinum discount 20% - 75%
+ Earn platinum by trading with players
+ Developers listen to the community
+ Sends hotfixs when need too
+ Better then most triple A games

Neutral
* Players rush missions
* Grinding for items/warframes/credits
* Time when building warframe/weapons

Cons
- Taking my free time

While It been a long while i wrote this review and still stay by my words for them a good job to keeping this game alive and adding content but there are somethings to add why most people like this game and the dev team.

Over the few past years a lot of bad games that felt like it had no soul when it was being made or that got greedy by making games that kinda players pay to unlock items to time savers microtransaction and the loot boxes that got worse.

Warframe does have microtransaction do to that the game is free to play, but they do it fairly do the fact that you can mostly get things in game and if you need platinum you can go get some prime parts to trade with other players for platinum or if you want to buy it to support the devs which is up to you.

Fear of the ocean, yet want to go deeper in this beautiful world of the unknown.

The game is still in EA but i'll recommend this game if you like exploring and an interesting story that is still in the works when i made this review.

Pro:
-Movement is smooth
-Graphics not demanding
-Rich environment
-Creature design fit in their environment
-Base building is simple and be build anywhere
-2 Submarine and 1 Sea mech

Cons:
-Some graphics bugs/clipping after update (Fix in a few days)
-Have to start a new game after big updates (Can be ok for small update sometimes)
-Survival mode can be too easy once you get certain fragments
