No no, see, Hawk is losing money because now she is locked out of her account. Because she cannot get on there and play those games, she has lost the money invested in them, thus has lost money, at LEAST 60 bucks easy so far, I do not know of all the games she has and has bought and such. So even if they have not bought stuff on her account, not being able to use the account is the same difference.

So Hawk does not use her own email address for Steam? MAybe she can also explain how much money she is losing, and give the exact amount lost, etc.

If you want a proof of purchases, it sends one through your e-mail. So tell Hawk to check her E-mail for them.
