Very good depiction of an average day in the UK.

Jokes aside I had a good time playing this. The world drew me in and it pays good homage to games in the genre from the past. Had me on edge a lot and was overall just an enjoyable experience enough so that I did a second playthrough after unlocking the hardest difficulty.

Going into this game having never played it before and having no nostalgia, I was worried it might feel too dated and I had heard the combat was dreadful but after hearing so much praise decided to give it a go.

It was an absolute fantastic experience. Combat is fine, it's not great but it's straightforward enough and does not take up that much of the game. Everything else though is just absolutely fantastic.

It was a bit of a slow start. It didn't pull me in straight from the start but did intrigue me enough to want to know what was going on. As I started to explore and talk to NPCs, starting doing quests, getting companions etc it all just started to come together. I found myself wanting to speak to everyone because the conversations and writing was just so good. The world building was absolutely superb and I found myself eager to keep finding out about this world and my character.

Also really loved that it had 9 different alignments. While none of that was new and it's using an already established system, it was really refreshing to have so many different ways you could take your character rather than just good or bad. I also liked that somethings like joining certain factions are alignment based.

I also love that you can pickpocket to farm money. I just love any game that has this.

One thing I often hate with a lot of RPGs is how useless non-combat traits can feel. Like so many games taking charisma and similar things ends up making combat less fun as you're not as strong as you could be for very little reward like a few extra bits of dialogue but in this game actually going a non-combat route (although not all combat is skippable) is super rewarding. Like sticking a ton of points into charisma and wisdom even if you're a warrior will still make for an amazing playthrough.

One thing that also sets this game apart is that it's set in an already established world with a ton of lore. What's nice about this is a few things in game I was curious about and before I knew it I was just going down this rabbit hole of lore. Like you come across a lot of a certain religious sect, a lot of games it's just maybe they're right or maybe they're wrong but I found myself outside of the game reading Planescape books and actually finding out about the after life and which religions actually got it right and wrong.

Overall it's just an amazing journey to the end held up by incredible writing and an incredible story in a world that you just come to love.

I had a great time in this game. While a lot of the story didn't quite make sense the general world just completely pulled me in. I found it really fun just exploring and getting to know the place and figuring out how to proceed. Also using a nail gun and crossbar as a weapon was super satisfying.

Just felt like a super comfy survival horror game. It's not too long and the overall pacing felt good.

So I have never played the original Clock Tower so hold no nostalgia for this game and was a bit worried it might feel a bit too dated with no nostalgia to push me through.

I found myself absolutely addicted to this game. I loved exploring and just learning what the heck was going on. I loved learning all the little secrets and idiosyncrasies. It just has so much charm to it from the graphics and animation to the music and sound effects used. I also really enjoyed learning the map and figuring out how to best proceed each time those scissors came at me.

It is quite a short game, took me about 9 hours to 100% but it was super enjoyable doing so.

So I was really on the fence about this game. The x rated aspect didn't really appeal to me but I was looking for a chill weird and unique world to get immersed in and explore but the mixed reviews did make me hesitate.

I then saw that this game is very short and its follow up game 'Lust from Beyond' had very positive reviews. I then found out the M edition of Lust from Beyond had a demo. I played the demo and decided to give this game a go as I did find the demo very intriguing.

I enjoyed this game. It wasn't amazing but was a very unique and weird world that I found quite chill and fun to explore in. I then played the two free prequel games to 'Lust from Beyond' followed by 'Lust from Beyond'. I had a really great time with this game series and I think it's worth playing this game just to get onto the sequel.

While it is an X rated sort of game, it's more of a theme and a narrative rather than a game being X rated just to get you hot and bothered. So if you're looking for a porn game to do that, that's not really what this game is.

This game is mostly a walking simulator with puzzles. The setting is unique and interesting and is mixed between a manor full of cultists and a surreal world of gods based on lust and pleasure that these cultists worship. With a bit of horror survival mixed in.

Overall I'm glad I got into this series of games and would recommend.

I want to try and write this review for people that may hold no nostalgia towards ps1 style graphics and didn't grow up playing ps1 survival horror type games. If you are looking for a solid ps1 style horror survival then this game is spot on which I think is easy to gather from most reviews.

I think even if the old style ps1 games hold no place in your heart, I still think this game is well worth playing. It's a very interesting world to explore with subtle but interesting lore. A lot of different weapons and outfits to acquire. Interesting enemies and bosses. Fun puzzles. Rewarding progression, I found it felt great finding a new key and unlocking a new area.

Now at first I think the old style jank could be a bit frustrating but once you see how simple the enemy patterns are it becomes pretty easy. Most enemies you can pretty much just keep looping them and hitting them in the back with a melee weapon or just blast them from afar. This isn't a souls-like but is similar in that once you kind of get into the flow of things and understand enemies better it becomes significantly easier.

I had a great time with this game. I highly recommend it and there is a demo you can try first if you're not sure.

The game is completely dead but if you have enough friends to get a bit of a lobby going I think it's absolutely worth going for. The game is an absolute laugh and a lot of fun will be had but you will need other people to hop in with.

I somewhat feel like this game was ahead of it's time. It was great fun but did not get that much exposure. Seeing how other similar games in the genre blew up due to massive exposure from streaming, I think the same would have happened with this game but it just came out way too early.

Superb game. Wasn't quite sure what to expect even after playing the demo. All I knew is that I enjoyed the demo so wanted to try the full game.

Doing shifts to earn money which you then use for your party to do attacks, buffs etc was really interesting. Was also really interesting the combination of monotony with horror. Normally horror is the opposite of monotony but in this game you just kind of get into a grove of managing your store as unimaginable horrors plot against you. The overall story arch was engaging, the combat was fun, exploring and uncovering more of the game was fun.

I had a great time in this game and I highly recommend it or at the very least try the demo.

I absolutely loved this game but it's pretty dead now. It made me realise all I want in life is pretty simple. I just want to join a cult and gaslight people.

Great game and lots of fun to play with friends. Despite it being dated I think this is still a game well worth buying to play with friends. The combat is superb and it's a lot of fun to bump up the difficulty and try and beat the level and very frantic and rewarding to do so.

The games title is a bit misleading though as at no point did I kill a floor or get killed by the floor.
