Hey, I found out where that lovely waterfall is. It's in Moss Mother Cavern, which is southwest of Whiterun. It's on a small road that goes south between two hills (or a larger mountain and a smaller one). Once you go up the road, keep an eye out for a small road that goes off to the right. There you'll find the entrance to the cave at the end of the road on your right, with likely a dude sitting outside of it. Good luck!
