This game is actually incredible now. Yeah it's still glitchy but I'm in awe at how much it's changed for the better. Definitely recommend a second look if you tossed it away.

Even though I don't consider this game one of supergiant's best, but it is exceptionally good regardless. The combat is fun and engaging, the "boons" system is well crafted and makes each run very unique and fun, and the story is actually very good even though it's advertised as a rouge-like game. I would highly recommend this game even in it's current early access state.

Before I start my review, I need to state that I am technically one of the developers of the game. I made about half of the games music, and I also helped the lead dev with some ideas. That being said, I am going to give my fair and honest opinion about this game.

I like this game. This game is not for everyone. I don't know who this game could be targeted towards, but I do still think that everyone should atleast try this game. The concept is that you have to follow instructions from a computer screen, finding and editing papers in order to fufil the correct amount of tasks per hour. The paper that you need to find and insert is almost never in the same room as the required computer, thus you need to edit the paper in the editor machine. The concept is fairly simple, but it is effective. I am finding it rather easy at the moment, but I have been assured that it gets harder.

Story:
After finishing the game, I can say that the story is sadly lacking. There are some hidden features, and twists and such, but unless there is something hidden or something I missed, the story doesn't really go anywhere. Even so, the twists are cool, and I do believe that I might have missed something somewhere along the line.

I like the music, but don't take my word for it. I made a little more than half of it so I may be a little biased.

All in all, I do recommend this game. I think that it could do with a little optimisation and maybe some fixes, but the game is worth trying.

I love this game. Everything about it is a masterpiece. Each bit of music is played in exactly the right place to fit the mood in the moment. The story is interesting and gripping, the gameplay is fast paced and very satisfying. Even though the game "Ends" when you first "Beat it" When you kill eve for the first time, there is so much more after that. It's almost as if the game becomes the sequal to itself. My only issues with the game are with the many MANY invisible walls that litter the map, which can be very annoying. And my other issue is the bad optimisation with the game. Even though I have installed the mod that allows the game to work, it can still drop frames in annoying places. Saying that, if you follow community guides, you can have the game running very well. I give this game 9/10. A must buy for any action RPG fan.

From what I have played of this game so far, I have really enjoyed it. I have followed this game since its debut on the greenlight page, and I have been waiting for this game's release for quite some time. The soundtrack is very good, and the gameplay is very smooth (Most of the time). The game is rather hard in its later levels, but if you are a fan of rhythm games and/or super meat boy like games, then this is the game for you.
My only downside to this game is the fact that the controls can sometimes be a bit delayed, which can be very annoying at times where timing it key. Not only that, but sometimes I can't jump, which might be a problem with my controller, or just a mechanic in the game. Eitherway, my rating for this game is still the same! 8/10!

EDIT: Some how, this game made me feel emotions for blocks with numbers on them. Well played game.

I bought this game before F2P, and all I can say is that the Devs are amazing and they have worked very hard on this project. I really hope that this game gets way more players now because of F2P!

Great DLC, just like the other DLC. A fitting end to the dark souls series.

This game should not be free. The amount of content in this game is amazing. I would definitely pay money for this game, which is why I am thinking of purchacing a DLC for it. Even so, this is a free game so check it out!

I got this game in the humble bundle monthly of december. At first I wasn't too sure about the game, having previously played uplink and loved it. Soon enough I was shown how much different this game is to uplink, and in most ways, how much better it is. Everything about this game is enjoyable, from learning the way to hack these systems to going through peoples files and finding funny messages sent between two people. This game is well worth the money, and I would highly recommend you try it if you like coding or not.
