The visuals are great, the gameplay is alright, the side-scrolling kind of threw me off at first, but now I'm starting to get into it.

It has a fantastic, emotional, hard-hitting story. The controls are great (to console at least). It's cool how your choices intergrate their way into the story and your relationship with the characters. It's a really good game.

Really good graphics (for 2001 anyway), great story, really grips the player on Max's woes and all the ♥♥♥♥ he's going through. Also great gameplay.
