At least give me a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ chance to play the game before I feel compelled to write a review. One hour in and not even past the tutorial, I already know the writing, gameplay, and graphics are on point. Same comedy from the first game just magnified - hilarious. 10/10 1.5 hrs in - ill update the score once I finish the game

All I can say is yes x HELL yes - the direction CA is taking with this and the last DLC is nothing short of amazing. Pulling something back from the brink of destruction. Fecking kudos to all the hard work and dedication shown by the team (community, design, developers, coding, patching, hot fixing, QOL changes, QA, beefy FREE content patches with new content... Talk about listening to the players...) in the face of adversity. They have single handedly shown exactly what Creative Assembly and the Total War Franchise as a whole is capable of when they get the right resources and engage with the community. This team has literally SAVED a MASSIVLELY talented studio.. Nobody does this genre like these guys. SEGA should be so so so so so proud of this team. They will never get a more talented studio than this. The new DLC pricing tactic with each LL sold separately is just such a nice gesture to the fans too. The team should be so so so proud of themselves. I CANT WAIT to see what CA have in store for us in the future. For such a niche genre of games, CA really know how to do strategy in a way no other team does. BIG respect.
