One of the best games I've ever played. I delayed my playthrough for a long time but once I started I played for hours at a time. I finished my first playthrough with lots still to discover, but here are my thoughts:

Firstly, this game is beautiful. The artwork, the presentation, the worldbuilding and especially the soundtrack are all 10/10s for me. I understand now why the community has been aching for DLC for so long. The team behind this game is composed entirely of geniuses.

One of the most beautiful games I've ever played.
Adorable, uplifting and wonderful all the way through. Cannot recommend enough.

Claimed a crashed spaceship, repaired it, sold it and got rich over the span of an hour.
Also ran into a space jellyfish. 10/10

This game has redeemed itself many times over since its atrocious launch.
I feel sincere respect towards Hello Games for sticking with this game and improving it with free update after free update.
While not perfect, It's definitely earned its price tag. I would recommend this game to anyone who wants a laid-back yet breathtaking experience, as you can -and will- get lost in its beautiful cosmos for hours at a time.

TL;DR: Buy game. Is good

This game is the interactive equivalent to walking through a mile of broken glass, with the promise of getting kicked in the nuts for thirty minutes once you get to the end of the path.

Do not play if you cherish your manliness and/or have any plans after finishing this game besides lying down and crying for a couple days.
