The Cake is a lie!

This game has everything you need for a zombie apocalypse FPS.

4 survivors + Tons of weapons + Countless Zombie Horde = Hours of fun.
This game also has so much repeatability.. and never gets boring (for me).

Spec Ops: The Line is a 3rd person shooting game.

It is a great game with a great story. The plot allows you to have some choices that may or may not change the course of the story. The Single Player mode is great, though after 9 - 10 hours you're finished with the story (achievements may take some time).

My only concern is the Multiplayer mode. There's so much potential but there's only a few players playing it.
